Did you know?
did you know butterflies can't see their wings?
they're completely oblivious to
how beautiful they are
they can't see their true colours
did you know?
did you know the stars we see are dead,
yet we look at them in awe?
we stare and we stare at the beauty
of these dead stars millions and millions of light years away.
humans are like butterflies, and stars
we put ourselves down without seeing our wings.
we fall and we die inside
but the people around us stare in awe
at the beauty that we are
remember to always fly like a butterfly and soar like a star
