Ch 18

(Y/n)'s Pov

"Doffy can we get something to eat after we get rid of our passengers? I'm hungry and Kidd ate all of my snacks" There was this 'tsk' sound from the backseat though I ignored it as I leaned my head against Doflamingo's shoulder. Law had already fallen asleep but Kidd was acting a little on the defensive side since Doflamingo won't leave him alone. "Sure thing (Y/n). Did you want to eat at that Thai restaurant I told you about? I've heard they have really good spring rolls and I know how much you love them"

"Oh, that sounds nice. How much longer will it take before we get to Law's house?" When the man said it was going to be another 15 minutes I started to groan before turning my head to look out of the passenger side window. "Can't you drive any faster Doffy? I'm hungry and it's not like there's any police out here to catch you speeding"

"Fufufu. You want me to go faster (Y/n)? I can do that, hold on tight" When the car jolted, I grabbed onto Doflamingo's arm though as Kidd started to swear from the backseat, I knew a fight was bound to break out between the men. "You're going to wake up my Law so stop trying to impress your girlfriend and slowdown"

"Sorry, Kiddo but I'll drive this car as fast as I want to. You're more than welcome to get out and walk home though" As Doflamingo continued to fight with the man in the back seat I shifted my eyes to his speedometer while I watched it go well past the 100mps mark. "Doffy please slow down. I don't feel safe anymore" Once the speedometer fell to a more appropriate speed, I slowly relaxed against Doflamingo though Kidd was still complaining but he eventually did quiet down as well as we continued to drive.

Ten Minutes Later...

"Welcome home Kiddo~ Now take your luggage and get out. I have more important matters to attend to~" When I felt something slimy lick at my earlobe, I jumped though it only caused Doflamingo to start laughing to himself. "Your reactions are so cute (Y/n)~" My words were refusing to come out of my mouth but thankfully when Kidd left the vehicle it had distracted Doflamingo enough that he turned his focus on the man who just slammed the car door shut.

"Damn brat... Alright (Y/n) let's go get you some early dinner then maybe we can have some dessert at home~ Fufufu. I still have that pie sitting on your countertop after all" As I took my eyes off of Kidd's back, I turned towards Doflamingo before I replied to him. "Yeah, that sounds good Doffy. Do you think Law is going to be okay? He was holding a bloody scalpel though I'm not sure who's blood was on it" It was a scary thought to see Law in such a state but he couldn't have murdered anyone, right? He was a Doctor after all and I vaguely remembered that they needed to take an oath to protect human life.

"He'll be fine (Y/n) though are you okay? I know that must have been a terrifying experience for you and I'm sorry that I even brought you into that environment in the first place" Doflamingo had already started back to the main road though I didn't like the way his smile was starting to twitch. "It's alright Doffy you know that I wanted to go with you and I wouldn't have taken no for an answer anyways. Now let's check out this Thai place that you've been talking about nonstop for the last week"

"Fufufu. Sure thing (Y/n) I'll have us there in twenty-five minutes or less so just relax in the meantime"

Doflamingo's Pov

19 Minutes Later...

As I pulled into the parking lot (Y/n) started to look around though my smile widened when she let out a small yawn and started to her arms out in front of herself. She was definitely a cute girl but I would need to be more careful with her going forward. I wouldn't want her to see me for the monster I really was though as long as I was careful (Y/n) would never be a part of my underground dealings. "This is it (Y/n). Come on let's go get a table"
