Liking Pt.2

Jisoo gazed out of the coffee shop as she sipped her drink. She thought of last week's events and sadly chuckled to herself. Did she really expect the cold and stoic Jennie to confess back to her?

 Looking at the clock she chucked her bag over her shoulder and made her way to exit the shop. She walked along the dirtied pavement and stopped when she felt someone tugging on her hoodie.

She confusingly turned around and froze when she saw Jennie right behind her. She raised her eyebrows and wondered what in the world Jennie was doing tugging on her hoodie. 

"I-im sorry"

Jisoo widened her eyes. Seeing the ever so composed Jennie stutter was a shock in itself, and then hearing what she said was another shock. 

Jennie looked troubled. So Jisoo offered for both of them to sit down and that brought awkward 5 minutes of silence as they sat by each other on the edge of the pavement.

Jisoo was about to open her mouth to get rid of the silence but Jennie beat her to it.

"Jisoo im really sorry...I shouldn't have run away like a coward",  Jisoo rolled her eyes at that part and listened intently to what Jennie was saying.

"And to reply to your yesterday's statement", Jennie took a deep breath and looked straight into Jisoo's eyes. "I really like you as well Kim Jisoo, Bold of you to assume that I don't like you",

The last statement put Jennie in a grin and Jisoo in ultimate shock.

"W-what" 

Now Jennie was the one to roll her eyes.

Jisoo leaned in and pushed Jennie into a searing kiss. Jennie shockingly widened her eyes and Jisoo smirked.

"Bold of you to assume I wouldn't kiss you" She uttered when she pulled back.

"But next time you run away...I'll kill you" Jisoo continued in a serious and jokey tone while walking down the pavement. Jennie grinned and jogged after her.
