~Dream POV~
After walking for a while I find a pool of lava and decide to start making a nether portal to get some ender pearls and blaze rods, before George,Sapnap and Bad find me. The moment I finish making the nether portal this happens.
"GUYS I SEE DREAM HE'S BY A NETHER PORTAL!" Sapnap shouts pointing at me. I quickly hop into the nether portal And I make it in. I see a hill made of nether rack by me so I dig into the hill and close it off. I hear Bad shout"where did he go?"
"I don't know!? Let's split up and then we will find him easier! I'll go with George!"Sapnap shouts
" Got it!" Bad says parting ways. As soon as they left I opened up the hill and decided to try go after Bad.
I stepped out and got hit by a sharp pain again in my lower back, this time was worse than all the other times. "AGH FUCKING S-SHIT!" I shouted to my self ,collapsing to the ground. I Crawled into the little crawl space I made and boarded it up again in case someone heard me. I grasped my belly in pain and quickly took off my hoodie and lightly rubbed my stomach to see if that helps. I noticed how my belly was starting to get slightly red, but I brushed it off and put back on my hoodie. I searched through my bag for pain meds and found some.

"What the fuck! Where did they go!" I shouted, I managed to brush it off and I came to the conclusion that I must have pulled a muscle. I readjust my mask and exit the crawl space one more time and start trying to find bad. Then I realize..... I never knew which way he went so I decided to try and find the neather fortress instead.
~Later~
After searching for 15ish minutes and trading with piglins to get ender pearls, I finally found the nether fortress and started looking around to find a blaze spawner which took even longer than expected. After murdering 20 blazes, I decide to quickly craft the ender eyes and start heading back to the nether portal to get to the over world
when I hear...
"Agh~"
"S-stop ugh"
I have no idea what this is so I start looking around and find a area blocked off by neather rack so I break down a small bit of the wall with a picaxe. I have a quick glance around and mutter.
"G-George? S-Sapnap?!"
