These are just the heroes that the characthers will be you start off with NOTHING. you have to work (or steal) yur way up. Villians can be dressed as Heroes but if they are caught and tried AND found guilty ALL their stuff will be "Taken" and they will be held in a cell provided by any hero until the have proven themselves then they can have a sucky room and upgrade themselves up to a hro again.
