                           Today was Saturday soo that means im going to the park to play some basketball. I got out of bed took a quick shower then put on a black Adidas sport bra and a  black Adidas basketball sports. I put on a pair of orange and tourquoise kevin durant low top sneakers  , I put my curly hair in a high pony tail grabbed my basketball and my phone and down the stairs i went. When I passed my living room to head out the house I saw my parents , siblings as well as Momma Lockridge and Corahn sitting on the couch talking 

I walked up to them and gave them a strange look "Whats going on ?" I asked 

"Where are you going ?" My dad asked 

I waved my basketball and my dad nodded his head 

"So hun im glad your here because we are all planning on a vacation to go on Monday and come back Saturday" My mom said smiling at me 

"Including him ?" I asked pointing at corahn 

"And my girlfriend" Kayden shouted 

"Just great" I siad rolling my eyes and heading out the door

"Skyla you can't stay mad at me forever" Corahn said running behind me 

"Im not mad at you were just not cool anymore" I answered not turning around to face him 

Corahn grabed my arm and made me face him "well I want us to be cool again .. I kinda need you" 

I freed my arm from Corahn and shook my head " Oh so because your ready to be friends me with me again am I suppose to fall into a friendship with you ?" I asked 

"No .. but im hoping you can " Corahn said 

"and why do you kinda need me ? you have a girlfriend and a side hoe" I asked 

Corahn shook his head and laugh " Janie is not my side hoe if thats what your thinking" 

"Stop lying Corahn" I shook my head and kept walking 

"So can I play in ball or what ?" Corahn asked smirking 

"So you can get you skinny ass kicked" I said in a serious tone 

"that ain't gonna happen" Corahn grabbed the basketball from my arms and ran off

"The fuck Cor !!" I yelled chasing after him 

      wait Cor ? I thought to myself I haven't called him by his nickname in a while .. I guess my bestfriend instincts are coming back .. 

      when we got to the park I still had to chase this little nigga all around the court for the ball so I jumped on his back and slammed him down to the ground easily ang got ym ball back 

I laughed " looks like sombody stopped working out" I said while shooting the ball in the hoop and getting in 

Corahn got up from the floor " I can't lie I slacked off a little" 

I passed the ball to Corahn and he started to dripple the ball 

"So I haven't seen you and Princeton together in a minute" Corahn said 

I rolled my eyes "Its just been two days or so" 

"wasup with yall" He asked while shooting the ball in the basket and getting it in 

I shook my head " don't worry about it" I said grabbing the ball and drippling it 

"come on talk to me " Corahn begged

I sighed " fine .. Jacob and I aren't on speaking terms"  I put the basketball on the floor and sat on it 

"Explain why please " Corahn said sitting down next to me 

" Jacob is mad at me because I can't give him a good enough reason not be his girlfriend when we both clearly like each other "

Corhan sighed and looked at me " I know why "

I looked at Corahn " Why Corahn ?" 

"Because of what happened to you and you don't want to get hurt again .. to be honset I don't want you dating Jacob but you like him , Sky .. you can't be scared to take chances " Corahn explained 

I looked away from him and nodded my head " Now I get why you were my bestfriend" 

"Why's that .. " Corahn said moving closer to me 

I looked up at Corahn again " Because you just get me" 

Corahn half smiled and nodded his head slowly "I miss you Skyla" 

I nodded my head and looked away " me too .." 

         Corahn and I played a game of baskteball and won then he walked me home and he went his own way. When I got home i went stright to Kaycee's room who was doing homework 

"So where is vacation going to be at ?" I asked 

Kaycee glanced at me then looked back at her homework "You feeling better now" She asked in a sarcastic tone 

I rolled my eyes " Kaycee I told you i was sorry .. im going through a ruff time so give me a break" 

"Ask Savanna or Kayden were we are gonna go" Kaycee said not even looking at me 

I shook my head " now who has the stick up their ass" I rolled my eyes and walked away to the kitchen to grab a water bottle. When I got to the kitchen I saw Savanna sitting on the Island scrolling trhough her phone so I sat across from her 

"Wasup" i asked taking a sip of my water 

"Mom is the best I swear !"  Savanna said looking up at me 

"ture .. but what did she do for you ?" I asked 

"She got me a modeling job " Savanna said smiling 

"Congrats !" I said smiling back and giving her a kiss on the cheek

"Thanks ! I actually have to go down to the company in a hour wanna come ?" 

I nodded my head " sure .. I got nothing else to do "

Savanna opened her mouth to say something but I cut her off 

"And I promise I will wear something decent " I said laughing 

Savanna laughed along with me "good" 

                When I got to my room I took a shower and put on light color jeans with a white baseball jersey and Kevin Durant sneakers. The I flat ironed my hair and made big curls on my hair. When I was done getting dressed I went over to Savanna's room who was grabbing her phone and purse 

Savanna looked up at me and smiled " Not bad Skyla .. not bad at all " 

I laughed " I try " 

           Once we got to the buiiding Savanna went to her bosses office so they can discuss some things. Mean while I just began to walk around the bulding
