“Mia would you like to go out with me on a date tomorrow?” he asked hopefully.

That was unexpected didn’t see that coming that’s for sure.

I looked at him and awe how cute is that he’s blushing. You can see clearly his cheeks have some red tinted in it.

Awe his asking me out. His asking me out! He’s asking me out? His asking me out!? I smacked myself mentally. I said that too much silly me. One last time he’s asking me out on a date. I looked at him and he was waiting. Shoot I need to answer him.

“You’re asking me out on a date, after all of this?”

“Yes” he answered honestly him having a tint of redness in his cheeks. So he really he is honest, after all these years I’ve known him when he is completely honest he blushed.

“Let me think about hmm..” trying to look like thinking about it when inside my head it was a total yes and I was just messing around.

He looked disappointed. Awe, I have to stop teasing this boy soon or he will always look sad and pouty.

“Yes of course silly” I said. His face brightened then he hugged me.

“Thank you, thank you, thank you” he said then kissed me again.

“So tomorrow?” he said

“Yeah sure” I said. “Where are we going anyway?” I asked, curiously.

“That’s something for me to hide and for you to wait until tomorrow” he said. well that made me scowl. i honestly am not the type of person who wants things hidden from. I’m always curios. Like Alice in wonderland which by the way is my favorite character.

“Oh come on, pwease, pretty pwease. Tell me” haha I sounded like a five year old there. Hahah.  I don’t care.

“Nope” he said popping the ‘p’

“Meanie”  hmpff. He just laughed and messed my hair which made me scowl more.

“so would you care to explain it to me about our engagement party” I demanded, of course even though we’ve been smooching out he still has to explain I haven’t completely for him about this engagement thing between us.

“So I probably forgot to tell you that our engagement party is in a month” he said lowly. I scrunched my nose at him.

“But I already told you so it’s okay right?” he said hopefully. I narrowed my eyes at him.

*knock* knock*

We looked at the door and a guy I may say a good looking guy came in. he bowed at us.

“Your highnesses, Lord Delmort has arrived and would like to speak to the both of you at this moment.” He said. Kyle stiffened when the guy said his name. I looked at him, what could be wrong? Is this guy bad or what?

“Okay we’ll be there in a moment” the guy bowed after Kyle said it and left.

“Who’s that Lord guy?”

“An elder and the most influential vampire in our world or also known as my great grandfather just some guy you don’t have to worry about” he said.

“Some guy” it was more of a statement than a question not the sarcasm.

“Okay his that, come on we don’t want him to wait” I sighed and we walked.

This Lord Delmort is waiting for us in a room, I don’t know how Kyle knows where he is but he somehow knows where we are going. A door opened and there he was I think standing by the desk waiting for us. The room was filled with great tension not good but dark and heavy. Awkward silence fled the room.
