I stared at the screen in front of me, a somewhat blank look on my face. What the hell was Throne of Babylon? There was only one way to find out...
'Skills.'

[Throne of Babylon]
Accelerates growth so long as determination does not fade. The stronger the determination, the greater the effects. Crystalises emotions. Bonus Effect: ?
This description... It was almost identical to Liaris Freese, but there were key differences. For one, Bell's Liaris Frees was heavily based on emotions. More specifically, his love for Ais. The more he fell in love with her, the stronger the effects.
This skill was based on my own willpower, my determination... I assumed it was my determination to live my new life to the fullest, or perhaps it was related to my desire to 'pick up girls in the dungeon.' I couldn't be sure, but I resolved myself to try and not let my determination be shaken.
"Oi, brat," I heard Loki's surprisingly sober voice speak. "Are you able to read?"
"Um, yeah," I nodded... At least, I hoped so. Reading Koine and reading the language of the gods was very different.
I felt Loki move off my back- needing to hold back a whine at the feeling of that soft off getting off of me- and let me sit up. She handed me the paper, a serious look on her face.
I looked down at the paper and, to my relief, I was able to read it without any issues.

Throne of BabylonI made a show of skimming over Throne of Babylon, but didn't actually bother reading it since I already knew what it did.
Magic
Gate of Babylon – No Chant. Allows various items and objects to be stored in the gate. Anything stored within will return to perfect condition, and will be held in stasis. Infinite in size.

It seemed Gate of Babylon took up one of my magic slots, which was expected. But the system made no mention of my magic having a limit... If I obtained multiple magic, would the Falna create a spell that would explain me being able to use multiple? Like Lefiya's Elf Ring?
I looked up at Loki. "I have a skill," I told her a bit blandly.
"Yes, you do," she confirmed. "But I ain't never seen one like it before."
"If you don't mind me asking, what is the skill?" Finn asked, clearly curious.
"It's called Throne of Babylon," Loki told him. "It's a skill that accelerates his growth. I've never seen a skill like it before..." She turned her gaze to me. "If we can somehow re-create how he got it, it could majorly benefit the Familia."
"But that's assuming he knows how he got it," Finn sighed, not allowing himself to get too excited. "And it isn't a stretch to imagine he's probably just as surprised as we are."
"I wasn't expecting it, that's for sure," I nodded. I really wasn't expecting to obtain a skill so similar to Bell's, but very different at the same time. "I guess this means I might end up going on expeditions sooner than expected," I said, trying to lighten the somewhat heavy mood.
