No, probably not.
Anxiety, problems, sadness, depression ... these are only a few of the problems we're all dealing with.
Most of us don't want to talk to anyone about this but that's not healthy and we all know this. We try to handle this on our one. We can't. It will only get worse if you not get into a better place. If you can't get into a better place, you need to have the strength to do it. If you don't, you have to, there's no other way to do it.
Survive.
Keep living.
