Connor & Garrett Velozo were twin boys who vowed to protect and love their baby sister unconditionally for as long as they lived. As time went on, it was clear that Wanda was going to grow up healthy which was a relief to her parents. 1970's When 9-year old Wanda started the 4th grade, a new student joined her class. He was a Black Mamba Snake who went by the name of Drake Dixon.

Wanda introduced herself to him, and he came off a little mean. Drake made fun of her because of her height and 'twig' legs, and did so the whole school year. As years went by, Drake continued to harass and tease poor Wanda.
