Constance comes in having seen Tate staring at the girl. She tells him that's Violet Wilkins. That the 2 she is with are her mother and father. Mr.Wilkins is a lawyer and Mrs. Wilkins just got back from sick leave as a psychologist. Tells Tate maybe Violets mother can help him in him to remember who killed him. Ofcourse she can't know he's dead.

   Later that night Tate is roaming the house as that's all he knows to do. He had spent most of his afterlife so far tending to his remaining family. Tate goes into his room which he learns right then Violet chose as hers. He stands at the bottom of her bed staring at her. Violet was having a bad night and couldn't sleep so she opens her eyes and sees Tate. She asks him who he is and why he is there. He calmly tells her Hi. I'm Tate. I'm dead. Wanna hook up. (Haha had to throw that in it my favorite line and in a interview I saw Evan said its his to )
