White Day Preparation

13th March, one day before White Day.

For the students of NRC, it was hard to imagine that on the night three days ago, several students took down the largest criminal group in Twisted Wonderland and saved the school, as well as the world, from doom*. Now they can continue on their daily lives as usual.

While Ace is still recovering at the hospital, most of the students are now focusing on one thing———preparing for White Day. Those who have received gifts on Valentine's Day are busy preparing reciprocal gifts. And of course, the dorm leaders are no exception.

In the Heartslabyul kitchen...

"The dough is kneaded perfectly. You skills have improved, Riddle," smiled Trey.

"These are for Anna, so of course I must make them perfect!" said Riddle, wrapping a dough with cling film.

For Anna's White Day gift, Riddle decided to make Apple Cinnamon Rolls for her. Trey and Cater, whom Riddle shared his tart with, are more than happy to assist him.

"Riddle~I've finished cutting the apples!" said Cater, showing Riddle the bowl with the cut apples.

"Hmm...the sizes are a bit inconsistent, but whatever." said Trey.

"Alright...let's make the apple filling. We need butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and some lemon juice," said Riddle as he glanced at the recipe. "We're halfway there! We'll make the apple cinnamon rolls so delicious that Anna will feel she's in heaven!"

"Yes! Dorm Leader!" exclaimed Trey and Cater.

In the art room, Ruggie and Jack are nervously watching over Leona, who's spinning some clay on a spinning wheel.

"Leona...this is your fifth piece of clay already..." said Ruggie.

"Are you sure you wanna make something as complex as a vase?" asked Jack.

"Well if you two be quiet it will be fine!" Leona grunted. "I may not look like it, but back at the palace I take pottery lessons with my family and we're pretty skilled at it! It's just..." he sighed.

"It's been a while since I did pottery. It wasn't even that hard for me..."

"Maybe make something simpler? Like a mug or a plate? I'm sure Anna will like anything you make," suggested Jack.

"Geez, why don't you just buy one? You're rich anyway," said Ruggie. This earned him a smack on the head from Leona.

"Ow! Don't hit me with that muddy hand of yours!"

"Anna went through all that trouble just to make the lion cake. Of course I must make something for her in return! And since I don't have any damn idea what food she likes, nor do I know how to cook, I decided to make a vase since she loves flowers. But I never thought I would waste so much clay for this..."

"We can make a simple cylinder shaped one. It's much easier," said Jack.

"Hmm...that works," smiled Leona.

"What colour are you gonna paint it?" asked Ruggie.

"Since she's in Heartslabyul, I think the colours  red, black and white would be suitable."
