'Your eyes are really pretty'

"Why did you say that to me?" Seyeon ask her eating the tteokbokki that they ordered.

That question come out of the blue making Miyoung choke on her food. She patted her chest to ease up the suffocating feeling as Seyeon give her a drink watching her amused.

"Why did you keep bringing it up" She grumbles after gulping down the water, she feel like she wanted to vanish that moment.

"I was just asking" He shrugged.

She proceeds to gaze at him, Seyeon notices that it was just only him eating so he look up to see Miyoung. Flustered he become under Miyoung gaze, she start to eat again letting out a hum.

"Actually your eyes are pretty boring, I probably was on something when I said that" She joked earning a kick under the table. Both of them laugh and continue to finish the food.

After finishing and paying all of the food they ordered Miyoung walk out and go to her rink with Seyeon insisting to walk her there with him. the two of them chatted about what happened in their day, Miyoung then remember something that's been bugging her.

"Ya! Why did you never let me hang out with Seojun and Suho?" She knows that Seyeon is very close with those two but it seems like Seyeon always dismiss the idea every time the girl wants to tag along with them.

"You sit next to Seojun what do you mean?" Seyeon tries to get out of this topic.

"Fuck off you know what I mean"

"And don't give me that bullshit I have to practice for my competition, because if I don't know how to manage my time I wouldn't be walking with you right now" She huffs.

"Because they're boys Miyoung" Miyoung furrowed her eyebrows at that stupid answer.

"Yeah I noticed." Seyeon rolled his eyes, he knew that his reasoning was stupid and he knew that Miyoung would drop her sarcasm at it.

"I don't want them to hang out with you because I knew you guys will get along great, and one of them is going to pull a move on you." Miyoung give Seyeon an 'are you serious dude?' face and scoffs.

I'm sorry Miyoung, but I like you and I know that Seojun like you too. That's why I want to keep you all to myself.

"That is the shittiest answer that I did not expect" 

"Ya! I'm telling the truth! They're teenage boys Miyoung! I swear if they ever do that to you I'll beat their ass!" He pointed at Miyoung pouting when he saw her cackle.

"You're gatekeeping me from my friendship Jeong Seyeon" She shakes her head at her friend behavior.

Both not knowing to end the conversation so they let the silence take charge of it. They arrived to the rink after walking for about 10 minutes. Miyoung stop and turn around to look at Seyeon's face.

"It sucks that I can't see you often anymore, but I'm very happy that you will be debuting soon." She smiles. She open up her hands indicating him to hug her which he follows.

"Good luck" She hug him tighter, they stay like this for awhile until Miyoung let go of them. Seyeon then pointed his hands towards Miyoung.

"I'll show you, I'll show the world what I came here to do" He declares "Like the way you show the world your skating, I'll show them my singing."
