Backstory:

Takeo Horiuchi is the son of the Hamon Hero: Overdrive. When Takeo was 13, his father died preventing a terrorist organization called the Pillar Men from releasing a neurotoxin that would have killed millions. Since then, his mother forbade him from entering UA, wanting to protect her son. However, that did not stop him from doing it behind her back.
