Venus Harper sat in the living room talking with her witch friend Lily Evans,both girls are 11 today.When the doorbell rung pulling the girls out of their conversation Venus stood up to open the door walking to the door she tripped which made lily burst into a fit of giggles, Venus stood up and brushed herself off then turned to Lily and glared at her which made Lily laugh harder clutching her stomach trying to breath.Venus rolled her eyes secretly amused at what just happened. Continuing walking to the door to answer it the door shot open and in came a man looking if he's in his late 30's."Dad!! You made it!"Venus yelled happily."Course I did I wouldn't miss your birthday for the world" Venus' dad said hugging her tightly."Dad as much as I missed you too you're squishing me"Venus spit out.Her dad laughed while letting go of her saying"Sorry I just missed you too much"messing up Venus' hair."daaaddddddd sttoooopppppp"Venus said fixing her hair,her father chuckled which made her somehow remember Lily was there."Lily I almost forgot about you"Venus said glancing to lily which only made lily angry,standing up from the couch ready to charge at Venus.Venus already saw it coming so she started running and screaming"DADDD HELP MEEEEE",her father still standing by the front door chuckled and shook his head.

"Happy birthday to youu"everybody sang,Venus tried to hide her smile but it was no use."Blow out your candles dear"Venus' mum says,Venus nodded doing as told and blew out her candles.Which made everybody clap. Glancing at lily,lily gave Venus one of her comforting smiles,smiling back she looked back at everybody clapping.
------------------------A little later-----------------------
Once most people left and Venus was saying goodbye to the second last person she glanced around the room in hopes of finding a girl with red hair sighing and thinking to herself she didn't notice someone was waving at her trying to catch her attention. An annoyed Lily came lightly stomping her feet over to Venus,once she was closer she tapped Venus' shoulder.Venus turned around in hopes it was lily,to her surprise it was indeed lily.
