Loving an Assassin [Chapter 8]

The next morning, I wake up in Ezio's bed. With a yawn, I crawl back underneath the covers, hoping to stay warm. My body aches with every movement, especially my hips and lower half. Damn Ezio!

I knew I was gonna feel it in the morning, but I didn't want to say it. All I had been concerned with was the uncomfortableness, followed by the pleasure. And whoever said that you're supposed to bleed your first time, or that it's supposed to hurt is a liar! Even Ezio admitted that; if either of those would have happened, then he wasn't doing something right.

I look down at my body. I feel so different in a way, but not that "I'm more mature" thing. The sheets underneath me have been spoiled by our juices. My thighs ache too. On my chest, and even between my legs, it appears like a certain fluid dried on them. Long story short, I need a bath.

Ezio snores beside me, his back to my body. I lean over and rest my head on him, relaxing. "I love you," I whisper, getting up and pulling a robe over my body. The trek to the bathroom is challenging, since my body is sore.

I start my bath water and wait until the tub is full, then I undress and crawl inside. "What a night," I muse, washing my hair and then my body. Hopefully nobody heard us, I'm really not in the mood to be questioned.

After my time in the tub is up, I crawl out and dry off, sneaking back to my room to get dressed. Just as I finish getting ready, Ezio walks in. "How are you feeling?" He asks, coming up behind me.

"Sore, but I'll be alright," I admit. He leans down and gives me a chaste kiss.

"You were fantastic last night!" He says, touching my cheek.

I blush a lot at this. "I never did any of that before. I just, I guess I kinda went with what I felt would be right," I admit.

He kisses me again, but with much more passion.

"Caterina? I have another dre- Ezio! Get off of her!" We pull apart, looking over to see Claudia glaring at us.
