The figure grabbed the fire extinguisher and put out the fire.Then he notice me.
"Let's get you out of here."he softly said.
He picked me up all the way downstairs and outside.Just as the ambulance and firetruck pulled in.Then paramedic open the back doors.The figure put me gently down on the back rim of the car.
"Sir,we need you to step back"one of the paramedic said.
As the figure step back the moonlight was on his face.Making it clear for me to see.
It's Cameron.
The paramedic flash a light in my eyes.
"She seems to be in good condition"paramedics stated.
"Clear!" The firefighters said while coming out the building.I got up the truck and sigh.
"I'm glad your okay."Cameron said with worry in his voice.
"I'm just fine by myself."I narrowed my eyes.
"You were all alone,In the fire."his voice still shaky.
I sigh and ran my fingers through my hair.Then when it hit me.I didn't have anywhere to sleep.I checked my pockets to see if I had my phone,realizing I left it on the couch,in the fire.I was panicking.Great.
"Uh.You okay? You looked worried."I totally forgot Cameron was still there.
"I have no where to stay and my phone was in the fire."I groaned.
"Well we can make room for you in one of the rooms and you can borrow my phone whenever you want?"he smiled.
"That's kind of you"I said with a smile "But is too much".
"No my treat" he insisted knowing he won't let it go.
"Alright,but if you lay a finger on me,i'll kill you in your sleep."He stood there for a second,petrified,and we both started laughing.
I think it's a start of something beautiful.
