Chapter 1

•••Manami POV•••

Today was the day, the first day of my new school called Teiko junior high. I wonder how the school will be like. I got up from my bed. is there a basketball team for girls there? I asked my self. what if there isn't? I shook my head "if there isn't a basketball team for girls then I WILL make one!" I exclaimed. And then out of nowhere a pillow hit me.

"Oww" I said as I rubbed the back of my head

"Keep it down sis!" My twin brother Leo yelled.

"Sorry" I apologized

I then went into the washroom and changed my clothes since I hate skirts but there was no other choice I wore black leggings under it.

Then there was a knock on the door "Sis are you done?" Leo asked

"Yes just a minute" I said and brushed my hair and came out and my brother went in. I went down stairs to see my other brothers 'stepbrothers' well only one of them cooking breakfast.

"Toshiro is breakfast ready?" I asked. Then Kyoya who was sitting on the chair pointed at himself "I am Toshiro"

I ruffled my hair "who ever you are just make breakfast already" I said and sat on the chair.

"It's so fun seeing you get fooled like that" one of them said

"Shut up" I said

"That's no way to talk to your brother" Mom said

"But but" I looked at my mom while pointing at Kyoya

"No buts" my mom said and said next to me I sighed. Then Leo comes down. "I am hungry!" Leo exclaimed and he pulled out a chair and sat

"Almost done" Toshiro who was making breakfast said

And then he served us breakfast. "Delicious as always" I said while chewing the food. Leo nodded in agreement.

"Where's dad?" I asked as I suddenly remembered that dad wasn't here

"He went early for an important meeting" Mom said

"Aww" I frowned

"Don't worry, he did say he will have dinner with us" Kyoya said trying to cheer me up. I smiled at him and resumed eating the food. After finishing I got up from the chair. "I'm done eating also I'll be waiting in the car" I said as I got my bag and headed went outside. Leo followed me. "I wonder how the school will be like" I said to Leo. "Me too" was Leo's reply and we entered the car or the limousine. "Hey sis?" Leo said

"What is it?" I asked him

"Why do you call the limousine a car?" He asked

I facepalmed myself. "Do you really have to ask?" I asked him

"Yes" he said

I let out a small sigh. "Isn't a limousine a kind of car?" I asked him

"Well technically yes but no" he said still thinking

I rolled my eyes. "You won't understand" I mumbled. I heard Leo sigh, then Mom and my big brothers come in. Me and my brothers attended the same school but unfortunately we were in different classes.

In the class we introduced ourselves one by one. We didn't do much in class. Our teacher just briefly explained the topics we were going to study starting tomorrow or next week.

At lunch break I went to the principle's office. I knocked the door. "Come in" a voice on the other side of the door said. I slowly opened the door, I saw a guy with red hair sitting on the couch. "Good Morning miss. Kisaragi" the principal Mr. Shitoro greeted

"Good morning" I greeted back.

"What brings you here?" Mr. Shitoro asked

"Ahh well you see" I said feeling uncomfortable saying this.

"I'll come back later" The red head said and left but before leaving he gave me a death glare which made me flinch after he left I sighed. "Anyways the reason I came here is because I wanna establish a basketball team for girls" I explained to Mr. Shitoro

Mr.Shitoro smirked "that was the exact same reason Mister.Akashi came here for" he said. whaaa?

"But for doing that you should at least have 5 members and 1 coach for officially making a girls basketball club" He said. Well that'd be hard to do. I nodded and exited the principal's room. Outside the red head was standing. I blinked at him a few times before saying anything. "Hello" I said as I held out my hand while grinning like a kid.

"Hi" He said with a blank face, I examined him closely "Oh you must be Seijuurou Akashi" I said. He nodded. "And you are?" He asked which made me frown but I smiled "I am Manami Kisaragi"

"Kisaragi, Huh?" He mumbled but I was able to hear it. He then held out his hand. "Nice to meet you" he said

I shook his hand. "Nice to meet you too" I said as I smiled

"Hey sis!" I heard my twin brother's voice

"Oh Leo" I said as I let go of Seijuurou's hand and as soon as I let go of his hand Leo hugged me real tight. "Y-your c-crushing me" I stuttered, trying to get out of his grasp. He let go of me and I started breathing heavily. "Sorry" Leo apologized as he rubbed the back of his head.

Leo then turned to Seijuurou "Sorry about that" Leo apologized

"It's alright" Seijuurou said and walked away.

I sighed. "Who was that?" Leo asked

"A guy in my class" I answered him

"Oh, anyways wanna eat lunch together?"

"Umm not today" I said

Leo pouted "but why?" He asked

"Because I am recruiting members for my new female basketball team" I said to him as smiled

"Okay..." He said with a frown

I ruffled his hair "Don't worry I will surely eat with you tomorrow" I said as I grinned

Leo smiled as he hugged me and rubbed his cheek against mine. After pushing him away I ran away as fast as I could from him, because I know he wasn't going to leave me alone. When he was out of sight I sighed and then started walking until I bumped into someone and fell back.
