       "Okay... Here goes nothing.." I said to myself as I returned to the large McDonalds the next day, okay where is the manager?.., I then saw a familiar face which was the Manager, I walked up to her and said "hi.. Uh.. I saw the newspaper about this advertisement and I was wondering if I could get a job as a night guard?" I asked hoping they'd say yes.

The manager looked at me up and down, she then smiled and nods "oh yes! We are looking for new security since we've released Mac Tonight on stage, and you seem to be just the right person for the job." She said happily. "Come with me to my office and we can chat about the details" She added as she lead me to her office, it was well decorated for an office, "alright, now I'm going to ask you some questions and please answer them honestly.. " She said.

I nod my head and we then got started with the questions.

"So have you gone to high school?" She asked

"Of course I had, I got a bachelor's degree" I replied back

"Do you ever drink or do drugs?" She asked

"Negative, I wouldn't do it in front of my little brother." I replied firmly

"Have you ever sexually harassed anyone before?" She asked

"God no, what kind of question is that?.. " I asked confusingly of course I wouldn't think of doing that to others.

"What makes you think I'll hire you? And why do you want this job?.. " She asked which I'm hoping is the final question.

"Because you needed a night guard that can spend their time full hours on end to make sure nobody breaks in and steal anything that's valuable" I said with honesty in my voice.

It looked like there were tears in her eyes, as she wiped her left eye "okay... That's enough questions for now.. Your hired... " She said as we both shook hands, she then got up and opens a metal dresser, she looked back at me "what's your size?" She asked.

"Oh it's (Y/S) ma'am" I replied, she nods and face back to the dresser getting out the uniform and hand it to me "congratulations Miss, your officially part of McDonalds, what's your name?" She asked. I smiled and replied "it's (Y/N) miss, (Y/N) (l/N)".

She smiled and said " I'll see you tomorrow night just make sure you have some coffee with you, because I don't want you to fall asleep on the job", I nod my head and left. Before I left I looked back and asked "what is your name miss?" I asked "it's Cindy" She replied.

I made a quick run to the grocery store, 'okay I need to make Liam's lunch for tomorrow, since tomorrow's Monday..' I thought as I then brought his favorite snacks of string cheese, grapes, crackers, and some carrots as well as Cherry tomatoes. I brought some juice boxes before buying bread and meat for his sandwiches, I also made sure to buy pudding for dessert, 'alright that should be it.. ' I thought. My eyes widened as I saw my Ex-Boss looking at the toilet paper aisle, 'shit! -I forgot we needed toilet paper and this ass hole is in the way!' I thought panicking.

I quickly hid behind the other shelf before noticing a blonde woman hugging him from behind, of course I noticed two wedding rings on their finger, 'he never wears it for work unless..... Oh that poor woman...' I thought as I felt bad for his wife having to not noticed that her husband is a lier and a cheater. I did see him with other woman but none of them were his wife.

I was thinking of leaving them alone but then I approached the two of them. "Hello.." I spoke, once my Ex-Boss turned and saw me his face turned from smiling to frowning but his wife didn't notice "hello!, Do you need us to move deary?" She asked.

      "No, I need to tell you something...I used to work with your husband a few hours ago....before he dropped the axe on me.." I said

"Oh is that so?.." His wife asked curiously wondering what I did wrong

"Yeah, I came to say sorry for him for being a jerk, sorry for him to not be able to control his urges to look at my ass all day, sorry that he can't help but get irritated for me doing my job, sorry that I exist in this world...you should probably ask him yourself..." I said before walking away 'Man that felt good...' I thought to myself as I could feel his wife looking shock before she angrily looked at her husband

I came back home and was greeted by my brother Liam as he dances to the theme song Power Rangers, or at least he tries to. I smiled as I set the groceries on the counter and unpacking them, afterwards I made dinner for Liam and me after we ate we watched a movie together, I looked at Liam wondering what I should do about him while I'm away 'I can't just leave him home alone, tomorrow I'll talk to Shadow...' I thought as I picked up my sleepy little brother before tucking him into bed, I quietly walked out of his room and shut the door, I heard music playing from the tv and head back to the living room.

      The Mac Tonight commercial played except it looked completely different and it wasn't the original song sadly since I did heard that the company of McDonald's got sued for using the song without permission. 'sure wish they could ask...but enough of that, I better go to sleep...' I thought as I turned off the tv and went back to my room, I head to the bathroom to fix myself before plopping into bed. I looked up at a photo of my parents with a younger me and my little brother when he was a baby, I glared at the photo and slammed it down, I turned off the lights before going to bed

Tomorrow is another day...
