a/n: im so sorry but this audio kinda gave me inspo so yeah, but i was listening to mr loverman while making this so <3 yeah have a good day (sike) and if this isnt that sad then im sorry idk- daichi is like a father figure to me so this was hard to make. p.s. I DONT WATCH GACHA BUT ITS THE ONLY TYPES OF VIDEOS THAT HAVE THE AUDIO </3

today was the day! daichi thought to himself as he got ready in the locker room, today is the day where i win. as the captiain of the team, as my last game, as a good boyfriend. im going to win this for everyone, cause i'll never get this chance again with all my friends. 

"daichi!!" suga called out to him, snapping him back into reality "good luck today! i know you'll do great today!......for y/n."he said with a soft smile

daichi nodded, and then suga patted him on the back then ran outside again to help set up. he then turned his gaze to his locker, where a picture of him and a smiling y/n. he smiled at himself then felt his shoulder get heavy, he turned to see his girlfriend, "daichi! dont get scared now" she said smiling, "as your girlfriend-no as your best friend i demand you win this game! its your last game with these first years !!" she said smiling.

daichi smiled, "i know"

"daichi!! come on we're starting!!" hinata shouted from the door, daichis gaze returned to y/n, "good luck!! ill be in the stands!!" she said before planting a kiss on his cheek then running off. he then ran out towards the court after shutting his locker.

the game has reached an end, just one more point and then karasuno wins, this will be a big acomplishment for him, for suga, and asahi,and y/n. the ball was coming towards him, his heart was beating. he didnt know what to do, then he heard it, he heard y/n's screams, "DAICHIII MOVE, YOU GOT THISSSS!!! GO FOR IT!!!" she yells, that was enough to boost him, he gets the ball and aims towards kageyama, who setted towards hinata and they made the point. again, they shocked themselves. the gym went silent, then roars louder then waves crashing was echoing through the gym, daichi was screaming and jumping up and down, he turned his head towards the stands where y/n was sitting and saw her crying with tears streaming down her face, she was screaming of joy and and jumping up and down, seeing her happy made him smile as tears flowed down his face, then he felt his body got heavy and the rest of the team all huddled on top of daichi at the sight she laughed, everyone was praising him. but he didnt care he had his eyes fixed on her, the love of his life, it felt as if everyone disappeared and it was just them two in the gym, until a voice growing louder caught his attention, he looked and saw hinata calling him, "daichi ? are you alright ?" he asked, daichis gazed went from him, to suga behind them, then back to the seat where y/n was at. but she wasnt there, someone else was, someone hes never seen, "y/n?" he muttered under his breath. suga walked up to him,

"daichi..." he said softly, "y/n...she's probably in the hallway!! waiting for me" daichi said smiling, hinata was confused, y/n? who was that. he thought

daichi then started chuckling, "you know suga i won for her! she told me to win and i did!" suga looked at daichi sadly, "daichi, shes- shes dead!" sugawara told his friend, "please, daichi.." he begs

"what!? no!! she isnt! she was just here!" daichi told suga as he ran towards the locker rooms, "daichi wait!" he said running after him leaving the court and the team following behind slowly.

"Y/N!! come out!! i won! you saw it right! i was awesome!! right!! right y/n!?" he said, his voice breaking with every word.

"DAICHI" suga called out grabing him by the shoulders, "SHES GONE!!" the team then entered the locker room and stood by the entrance watching, "SHES G-GONE! CUT IT OUT!!" he yelled at daichi.

"i-I KNOW!" daichi was now breaking down at this point, "i know- okay! it's just- i-i MISS HER" daichi said as he began sobbing harder then ever

suga pulled him into his chest as daichi was crying, rubbing his head trying to sooth him

then daichi remembered that day, the day he knew she was sick and ill, she didnt wanna show it but she was weak. yet she still wanted to see daichi. that night when she snuck out the hospital to see him, on their anniversary, how would he know that night, when she fell asleep in his arms, that it would be the last time he'd see her, feel her, love her.
