(quick Arthur's note, this is a Fantasy AU I'll try to stick to the Canon storyline as much as possible, while throwing in my own ideas here and there. So anyways that's all I really wanted to say....bye!)

Author's POV
you're walking home from a late night's work after performing another successful but stressful surgery with a colleague of yours Anthony,
"Damn, that sure was stressful wasn't it." Anthony whined "yeah,it's pretty stressful. But at least the patient's going to make a full recovery now." You replied "yeah fair point."but if you walked and talked for about 30 minutes until you suddenly heard a high pitched scream, and without a moment hesitation you sprinted towards the direction of the scream. You ran into a alleyway with 4 sketchy looking men holding a woman down and tying her up. "LET ME GO! PLEASE!!!" The woman begged "JUST SHUT UP!" The man yield, in just that moment you ran and jump kicked when the man in the face. "WHAT THE HELL?!" One of the men yelled out, just as he finished his sentence you did a barrel roll grab the following man's gun and shot him in the head killing him instantly. "DAMN IT! KILL THAT BITCH!" And then the three men got up, ignoring the other woman on the ground tied up and ran towards you with weapons. One with a knife, a other with a pipe, and the other on with just his fists. Sense you stole his gun, and you with both military service and training shot two of the men dead on the spot. You were about to go for the third one but the gun jammed. "Shit!" you cursed out, the man noticed this immediately stabbed you in the gut. Pulling the blade upwards to your chests and up towards your neck with blood spewing everywhere, and in that moment Anthony comes in and swings a pipe across the man's head knocking him out "(Y/N)!!!" He dropped the bloody pipe and immediately running towards your side, he took off his shirt and jacket put it on your chest, stomach, and neck and attempt to stop the bleeding, "COME ON YOU PIECE OF SHIT STOP BLEEDING!!!" You can already feel the life before straining from you, "An-tho-ny..." You said weekly "it's okay..." "NO YOU CAN'T DIE! THERE'S STILL SO MUCH WORK TO DO! COME ON WHAT DO OUR PATIENTS WHAT ABOUT YOUR FAMILY?!?!?" Anthony cried out in vain "tell them.... I love them so much...." You slowly start to close your eyes "NO YOU'RE STILL SO MUCH I WANT TO TELL YOU!!! please...don't go." Anthony begged, as you start to close your eyes for the last time, you said something in a faint whisper "I love you..." Anthony looking shocked and said "I love you too." With tears flowing down his eyes, you manage to give him a think weak smile then everything went dark.

Your POV
Is this death?
I was falling in a black void I can see my life flashing before my eyes, I see screens of my childhood, and Anthony. Oh how I wish I can go back, but I knew but it was no use. Then I see a light I reach out to it and it blinds me for a second. I slowly open my eyes and see a a glitched white human like creature in front of me. "Hello?" I called out in a week tone. "Hello, I am what you beings called God." They said in a strong childlike echoed voice. "Huh so really did die." "I'm afraid so." They responded, "so where will I be going, Heaven or Hell?" You asked "well that's entirely up to you." God responded. "W-what do you mean?" I asked in confusion. "I'm saying that I'm willing to give you a second chance at life, although I can't bring you back to this world I can send you into another." This certainly surprised me, although being at rest sounds really nice. I know in this world that they'll be people in need, and I know I can't go to rest without knowing I turn my back on a person in need. "All right, I choose to have a second chance." I said confidently "very well, Just be aware that I must change your appearance when you go into this world." God told me. "All right, I understand." "And for you to survive in this new world I should Grant you a small fraction of my power, be still." I did as he said I stayed completely still as he put his hand on my forehead, in a small glow appeared and then quickly faded. "Now you are ready." "Okay, thank you for giving me this chance." God remain quiet then I was suddenly consumed by darkness and began to fall.
