APPEARANCE
The creature appears to possess many nightmarish attributes - The head resembles a misshapen baby mannequin's head, attached to a long, fleshy neck that winds down to a thin, skeletal body. The creature's body appears to be made out of many fleshy tendrils. The creature, when on all fours, seems to be about 4-5 feet long and when standing up, 6-7 feet tall, so it is clearly larger than a regular human baby.
BEHAVIOR
"The Baby in the Basement"is an extremely hostile creature, chasing and attacking almost anything it sees. The reason behind this is unknown. As its name suggests, the creature manifests only in the basements of homes. It has never been observed outside of a basement and spends about a month in each one. A dwelling's family members should be safe as long as no-one ventures into the basement. If a house has no basement, then the Baby in the Basement will not manifest anywhere in the house. It is currently unknown what the creature does in its spare time, if it reproduces, and how it came to be. However, when it becomes aware of another entity in the vicinity, it will scurry on all fours to the source of the sound and attempt to search the area by extending long tendrils of flesh. This implies that it has bad eyesight and instead relies on touch and sound.
Once the creature has gotten ahold of a victim, it will proceed to dismember and devour it.
