Carter almost screamed when she was zoomed into some compound."Okay never do that again, I've had enough of that." She said noting the speed she just went through, twice now.
A man walked down in a suit, his hair was perfectly placed on his head.
"What is going on-" Before he could finish Carter threw the two men up against the compound wall.
A man with a close shaved head walked down the stairs. Carter didn't want to take any chances as she put him up against the wall as well.
"As I have said before, I am not trying to harm anyone here. I am only here for answers about my family and for the reason I was called here." She yelled out. This was honestly starting to get annoying.
Apparently vampires were a thing, she had no idea how to deal with them. Carter hoped to figure that out later. In the meantime, she was clueless.
"Niklaus.. what have you gotten yourself into now." The one in the suit said. He took notice that the girl in front of him resembled a certain Claire witch he knew.
"Excuse me brother for pining through every threat towards us in the city." He said while grasping towards his neck. They each struggled against Carter's power, clearly not used to being overpowered so easily.
"It's no use, and do I have to tell you again Klaus, you have seen literally all of my memories, you know I am not a threat to your family or friends." She said getting annoyed.
He groaned, getting impatient, "I see you are telling the truth but I still do not trust you."
Carter only rolled her eyes, "Obviously I wouldn't expect you to trust me, just to know I wouldn't be a danger to you."
They looked at the young witch confused, Carter sighed, "I was called here to learn about my heritage and protect something or someone."
They sent her confused glances. Each still in the air up against a wall. Carter wished she could explain more but honestly she was more confused than the three men in front of her.
"I have been seeing visions of this city, all I know is that I need to find out why. Unfortunately, that involves an infamous family which I am now assuming is yours." She said referring to her recent dreams. Klaus' eyes widened in realization.
Isaac burst through the entrance way to the compound, fully ready to attack.
He saw how Carter had complete control over the situation and relaxed a bit. He looked at her, noticing she was unharmed and let out a sigh of relief.
"You know Carter, I don't think we can go two days without something crazy going on." He said looking at each individual.
"The sad truth." She agreed with him.
Isaac came beside her, fully prepared to deal with whatever would happen. If they weren't in a tricky situation, she could have chuckled at how adorable he was.
"What the hell is going on here?" A woman said, Carter turned around and realized that this was no regular girl. This was Davina. Her cousin. Wow what a reunion.
"Davina?" She said quietly.
She looked at Carter confused, but realization struck her face, "Carter?"
"Wait you know me?" She asked.
Each of the men stared between the two girls.
"Obviously, we were best friends until we were five Carter." She said still gawking at her.
