chapter one

I have never been so nervous in my life. It was almost my turn for my piano recidial. My mom saw how nervous I was and she ran over to be.

"don't worry sweetie you will do great!"

"thanks mom. I just don't want to mess up."

"you want. I promise."

"next up Amber brown." The anouser said.

I walked up to the stage. Everyone was starting. I say down at the piano and took a deep breathe and played. The song was so beautiful. I have practiced it many times and it has never sound as beautiful as this. I wasn't nervous any more because I got so lost in the music. When I was done I stand up and bowed as the crowd cheered. I stand there waiting for a score from the judges.

They brought the results to the anoucer.

"wonderful job Amber. You have a perfect score."

Excitement rises in me. A perfect score. I walked over to my sportive parents.

"well done!" My mother said while hugging me.

" great job kiddo." My dad said going in for a hug too.

"this calls for a celebration. We should all go out to eat! We should invite the new neighbors too, because they don't know anyone and they are super nice."

The new neighbors. They moved in last week. That have a boy that's My age but, he's just not someone I would hang out with. His game is Jackson and he is too wild for me. He just has that personality that I don't like. I didn't want to hurt my moms feelings so I went along with it.

"sounds great!"

"ok I'll call them."

While my mom called them me and dad went to hear other performers. They were really good. But, not as good as me.

"ok, we will meet them at Pizza Planet for some pizza. Sound good?" My mom asked with a big smile on her face.

"sounds great."

"let's go!" My dad yelled.

At the restaurant

Our waitress showed us our table and handed us menus.

"hi. I'm you're waitress today and my name is Mary. What can I get y'all to drink?" Mary was tall with sort blonde hair with pale skin.

"um, we are waiting for more people. Can you wait till then to get drinks?" My mother asked.

"yes, yes, that's fine."

My mother returned a smile and we all looked at our menus. Then the neighbors came. Jackson came and sit right beside me without hesitating. He looked good. Jackson had dark shaggy hair and he was tan. He was wearing a tight black shirt that showed his muscles, dark jeans and Nike roshies. His mom, Ashly sat beside my mom and his dad, James say beside my dad.

"hey princess. Nice dress." Jackson said.

I was wearing a pretty pink dress. It was really fancy and expensive and I have to wear this to recidals.

"um thanks."

"so you play the piano?"

"yep."

"that's cool. I play the guitar. You know I have a band? We are playing at my friend, Blakes party tomorrow. You should come."

"I'm sorry but, I'm not like that."

"what if I promise nothing bad will happen to you?"

"you don't know that."

"I promise I will be with you the whole time. I won't leave you're side. And sodas are there too."

"I don't know..."

"I'll come by house tonight and we can talk about this later. Leave your Window unlock."

"okay..."

"so why don't I see you around school?"

"because you skip school and classes."

"oh yea. I won't do that anymore because, I have you to look forward to going to my classes."

I was blushing. I was blushing bad. I hope he doesn't notice.

"your blushing princess."

"shut up."

We started laughing and then are pizza came

"I bet I can eat more pizza than you."

"ha no! And if you do what happens?"

"we make out. But, don't worry will go up the bathroom and do it so we won't be in front of our parents."

"you're on."

me and him shoved pizza in our mouths trying to eat a lot. I only ate 5.

"how many did you eat?".I asked Jackson.

"eight. You?"

He beat me. And that means... We have to kiss.

"5"

"let's go princess."Jackson said with a smirk.

I followed him to the bathrooms and Jackson turn off the lights.

"Jackson, what are you..." I couldn't finish my sentence because I was pushed against the wall and his lips touched mine.

Then his lips traveled to my neck as he kissed up my neck then back up to my my lips. Then he pulled away.

"see you later princess." Jackson said and he walked out my room leaving me shocked.
