Quirk. After immense torture , Izuku's quirk factor stimulates and he gets a quirk making him a late bloomer. His quirk is Carbon Manipulation. He can control everything Carbon containing or he can directly control carbon from the ground. Drawbacks.

Quirk. His quirk is vampire. He can do anything a vampire can. His quirk grants him enhanced vision, hearing power and smelling power plus he also becomes more powerful and fast. His quirk is more powerful at night.
Drawbacks. If he over uses his quirk he becomes violent and sometimes out of control for the need of blood.

Quirk. Her quirk is Quirk Nullification. She can cancel anyone's quirk if that person is in a radius of 1 km to her. She can cancel all the quirks in a chosen area or can choose some quirks that she does not want to remove.
