She's sitting at my desk chair working on homework and when her phone goes off, turns out there's an intruder on campus. Before I could even comprehend it there is a knock at my door it's my bestie Skyla.
"Girl, we have to leave" Skyla said while being surprisingly calm, for the situation we are currently in.
"I know" Skyla murmured, " but I wanna stay and fight."
"What did you say, I couldn't hear what you said." Skyla exclaimed in a rush.
We headed down through our corridors. There were people everywhere it was like someone had just opened the piñata and kids were rushing for the lollies inside of it.
"We are the last out shut the door to the building" Skyla said
Just as she said that the intruder stands in front of us , I stand in a fighting position. I could sense something , like he was different. Sparks surround me, electrical currents flowing through my body.
"What in the world" Skyla screeched, "since when could you do that."
Jane has never told Skyla about her powers she didn't want Skyla to judge her.
electricity bursts through my hands, hitting the intruder.
"OW" the intruder whined
the intruder obviously wasn't immortal, that's for sure.
"Where did he go" Skyla exclaimed stuttering.
Skyla fell suddenly to the pavement.
" Until next time" Jane hears whispered in her ear, she shuddered.
