Simple background story on how we got this Unique Cyndaquil: We Got Cyndaquil after being reckless attacking a Pokemon Poachers who was trying to steal the Pokemon on Professor Oak ranch
Thankfully the other Pokemon on the ranch helped us to defeat the poachers and Officer Jenny come as we called her and Professor Oak also hurried back home when hearing the news
We go to the Poachers base and see a lot of Pokemon being captured and caged there and there we meet Cyndaquil who look really different, as all the caged Pokemon don't have any place to go Prof. Oak take care of them for a few month before they returned to the wild
We also take care of the Pokemon ND Cyndaquil was attached to you and won't go away and so you ask Prof. Oak of Cyndaquil can be your starter Pokemon and Prof. Oak said yes
