Chapter 23

Christina

I am feeling very scared even going out. It has been almost one week since I have went out and face the world. I am very scared of those voice which I have heard and even if I am trying to call Tyler to be with me over here than he is not picking up his call and I don't want to call parents as this will worry them. I wanted to call Scarlett but I was feeling that I may I ruin her day with her boyfriend and even if I want to call Charles I don't know his number.

I am very scared of all the situation that is going on. I just want to leave this place and want to go back to my hometown. This all is crazy thing which I am facing right now. My phone started to ring and it was that scary ringtone. This was creeping me out.  After few minutes it dead down and it again rang up. This all thing is going above my head. I stood up and took the phone and throw it away and it smashed. And after few seconds I realized what I have done. I am going crazy.

I ran down to the hall and sat there. I don't even know what I should do now. Everything is literally getting on my nerves right now. I heard the doorbell being rang. I jumped a little and was searching for a place to hide and I again heard the doorbell being rang. I didn't answer and then I didn't heard any doorbell being ringing. I took a sigh of relief. But after a while my backyard door started to be knocked and this scared me. What the hell is going on? I ma not on my right mind already and all this thing is not helping me at all. I sat on the floor and brought my legs to the chest.

"You can never hide from me."I heard a voice that was so much near to my ears and I looked here and there but found no one. Is my house also becoming haunted? This scared me and without me knowing I stood up and went out from the backyard door and stopped and was huffing.

"Finally you are out." I heard a familiar voice and I looked at the person to whom this voice belonged.

"Charles." I said and went towards him and hugged him like there was no tomorrow. "I needed someone right now." He out his hand on my hair and started to pat it. I was calming down.

"I know that you would be needing me right now." I looked at him confused.

"How did you know that I would be needing you?"

"Just like that."

"Now that you are here, I am feeling so much good. Let's go inside." He nodded and we went inside and sat on the sofa.

"What is wrong with you? You are having the dark circles under your eyes."

"Actually from last few days I am unable to take proper rest."

"Why?"  I didn't want to share my problem right now with him when I want to be happy right now.

"Don't worry about that. What shall we do now?" I asked.

"Let's watch a movie." I nodded.

"That would be great. You just choose the movie and I will bring the snacks."

"Alright." I went away to the kitchen.

Charles

Christina have dark circles under her eyes, that is not normal. She must be suffering from something or something is bothering her and for that she couldn't really get the sleep. She was so damn happy when she saw me. There is indeed something which is bothering her. I looked at the backyard and stood up from the sofa and went towards backyard and at that moment I could feel the presence of someone else as well.

"Who is there?" I asked but I got no response. This thing is trying to hide from me but that is impossible for this thing to get out from here when I am over here. "Come out. I am warning you." I said and and I heard little rustle of the leaves and I smirked. I started to walk towards there.

"Charles." I heard Christina voice and stooped in the tracks and looked at the backyard door and she looked at me.

"What are you doing over here? Come inside I have get you the snacks." I nodded.

"I am coming in few minutes."

"Alright." She went away and I looked back at the place and went towards there but found no one. I guess that this thing had left when he got the chance to leave. I will find it soon enough. I went inside and saw that there were so many snacks on the table.

"Why are there so many of them?"

"When I watch a movie I love to eat more." I nodded and settle down and she put on a romance comedy movie.

"I guess you love romance movie."

"I do." She smiled and tear out a packet of chips. "Would you like to have some?" She put it towards and I shook my head.

"I don't have appetite right now. When I will have I will eat it." She nodded and we started to watch the movie. It was going great until I felt someone on my chest and saw that Christina was sleeping on my chest.

I caressed her face. I had never thought that I would be able to behave normal until she saw me. I am feeling blessed that I have found a girl like her but at the same time I an regretting that I had met her and given her some feelings towards me. I want her to erase them becaue I also don't know for how long I will be able to live and  I know my departure would give her heartache but I hope that Tyler would be able to take care of him because he loves her and he would do anything to help her but yeah I haven't seen him for long. I hope that he isn't in the trouble.
