"To err is human ...

To forgive is divine...."

Before you begin to read this- Imagine you haven't watched BB13, you have no clue about Sidharth and Shehnaaz . Now choose one

1: Being slapped in a party of 250 plus guests

2. Watching someone else hit themselves in a party of 250 plus guests

Beautifully Broken

She ran. She ran towards the door, ready to leave any second. And he ran after her, at this moment nothing was more important than her. Shehnaaz was the centre of Sidharth's universe, like she had been since day one.

"tu jaa...tu go went gone hojaaa" She screamed , her mascara running down , her face full of tears.

"tujhe mana kiya tha na yeh emotional attachment wagarah mat bol" He said with anger and went inside. Where he was shown clips of Shehnaaz slapping him, was shown a clip which was named Pin Down clip by certain blue tick celebrities outside, was accused by other HM's of being the reason behin Shehnaaz' state today. Along with the biggest truth : Shehnaaz was in love with him. Shehnaaz was in love with Sidharth Shukla .

And something broke. Something broke beautifully. It wasn't the awareness of what he was feeling. He wasn't a stupid guy. He was smart and he had known for weeks what's been happening. Instead, it was the acceptance of it, the surrender to it. What broke down were those walls because, Love is a terrifying choice. That's why he had built walls. She wasn't supposed to tear them down with her sweet kisses, her tender touches. He wasn't supposed to let her break those walls with her beautiful smile, her endless talks, her funny antics, her pure heart, her kind soul. But she had and Sidharth didn't stand a chance of resisting her. The minute they had walked through the door, it had been a battle.

Sidharth knew Salman saying " This girl is in love with you and it's a bad one would look more like a warning to audience watching because of being articulated poorly, while it was Salman cautioning Sidharth, advising him that if he didn't return the same feelings, he should distance himself.

Redemption

But distance was last thought on his mind; right now he wanted to be as close to her as it was possible for a human to be. He wanted to wrap her in his arms, wanted to take away all the hurt, pain that everyone in the house had inflicted on her including him. Though, Sidharth had realized his mistake the day Shehnaaz hit herself, that's why the next day all he did was be with her, from telling her that he didn't mind her possessiveness to making sure that she performed in task. Even if it meant saying sorry to her when she demanded, looking at moon with her. He had redeemed himself.

The truth is Love isn't a Valentine's card or valentine's commercial. We love and we hurt each other. We don't always say the right thing nor do the right thing. And sometimes, words fall from our lips that shouldn't have been said. The irony, we always hurt the ones we love most because if we didn't love so much, it wouldn't hurt so much. But while what others did was intentional, his wasn't.

We always assume that people who are loud with their words, speak their heart out will always do it. While that isn't the case, often the most extrovert people keep some stories safe.

"Woh mera humdard hai ,humraahi hai..

Par maine us se bhi kuch baatein chupaai hai...

Dard bhari yaadon pe khushi ki chaadar chadaai hai"

Sidharth didn't know those stories of her past because Shehnaaz had just told the gist of it when Himanshi had entered the house weeks back. Unlike Himanshi who went around portraying herself a victim, Shehnaaz didn't want to go ahead in the game based on sympathy. She didn't want Audience to pity her. Because from the life lessons that she had learnt during that dark phase, one was the difference between pity and compassion. Pity is feeling sorry for someone, while being glad you're not them. Compassion is a shared pain—you hurt with them; their pain becomes your own.
