I'm sure it must be frustrating to see another Author's Note after a long tjme of absence but I have my reasons and I am going to tell you all about it!
The truth is, I no longer feel motivated to continue this fanfic, thus, the discontinued disclaimer added onto its name. Not that I will fully give up on it, more like, I no longer feel motivated to follow through the original plot line.
I went through a lot of unfortunate events in my absence and writing (as well as making digital art) had became one of my paradise, that one hobby that'll comfort me through the darkest time. That means, I've been doing it a lot and had a lot of improvement.
Honestly, the way I wrote this made me cringe because everything seems to be pacing fast. No offense to those who loves it when events happens fast in fanfictions but I don't share the same feelings towards it. I am in love with Slow Burns and that's how I've been writing my fanfics these days.
So I came to the decision to re-write this fanfic, thankfully, it hasn't gotten too into the original plotline yet so I can still keep a few surprises lol
It will still hold the same idea as this one but the pacing and stuff will change. You will also see my ugly art thrown in here at some point, just a warning.
Another thing is that, I don't really use this account anymore. Only really kept it for the stories I have in my library (too lazy to move them into my new one lol).
My new account is Laurensreee and that's where I'll be publishing the re-written version of this!
You don't have to follow me, I'm just informing you guys about it.
I'll be publishing another author's note here once the re-written version is published and I hope you guys love it just as much as you loved this one!
Also, since I'm a shameless writer, if there are any fans of Hazbin Hotel out there, specifically of Alastor (Deer Daddy yo-) like me, I have an Alastor x OC fanfic there that you might like– it's going to be really dark tho so maybe not–
