weeks have passed and yet Elizabeth never saw the boy again, she hadn't even told her brother about him, she needed someone to talk to though. She had all the emotion stuck inside her, so she decided to write to him about it!

Dearest brother

We haven't spoken recently so I'm writing to fill you in.

The past couple of weeks I've been waiting for someone, a person I met in the library, and I don't know his name but I do know I want to see him again but mother has set me up with a boy named William Baudelaire he's very noble and sophisticated and a great person but I'm doing everything I can to avoid him at the minute please write back! I need your helpful opinionLike I always say ("if one has a brother then one always has a friend") I hope your okay and writing is good. I miss you everyday brother

From Elizabeth ßæñŷëœïø

Please come home

Elizabeth slowly slips the letter into an envelope and seals it with melted wax. At that time it was about one at night she didn't like to sleep because of dreams she would have so she mostly spent her night roaming around the manor.

She quietly makes her way to the door to slip the post through the mail box for it to be collected when she sees a letter addressed to her, gently she swaps the letters and walks back into the manor. When she is back in her room she sits on the edge of her bed looking at the letter. That's not brothers writing so therefore it's not from him. In silence she rips the wax of the letter then softly pulls it out and unfolds the paper the letter said:

|—————————————————————————————————————|

Dear the beautiful Elizabeth

I William would like you to accompany me to the Louvre in the near Center of Paris. I will pick you up myself and we can look at some art exhibits seeing as you said you enjoyed painting scenery, hopefully you will accept this invitation. Not to assume anything but I couldn't help but think you are avoiding me? I'll be at your house on Tuesday 12:00am so you don't need to write back if not then tell me when I get there

Yours truly

William Baudelaire xx

Elizabeth was thrilled to hear from William and decided she would go and give him a chance with no avoiding it, she holds the letter close to her and drifts off into a deep sleep

9:23am

"Elizabeth??" Her mother calls, Elizabeth turns over and plonks her pillow onto her head. suddenly she jumps out of bed "mother what time is it??!?!!" She quickly rushes to her closet and rummages through it. Until her mother walks in "it's roundabout nine thirty what's the rush?" She says with a puzzled look. There was no rush was there? Elizabeth jumps onto her bed and re-reads the letter (Tuesday 12:00am) "wait what day is it?" She asks "Tuesday dear, now be ready to breakfast in half an hour!" Her mother says walking out "and stops being so dramatic" she scoffs slamming the door behind her "your the dramatic one mother" she mumbles

"I can still hear you!" Mother shouts, Elizabeth makes her way to the door and pokes her head out to find her mum at the bottom of the hall walking slowly "hhhhhhHh" she sighs. Elizabeth needed to find something to wear so she made her way over to her dresser and picked out a white dress with a pink floral pattern and a white bow in her hair "splendid" she smiles, admiring her braided hair.
