About five minutes passed and Jaemin didn't say anything. The only thing he did was crying. Jeno sat down beside him and no one said anything for five minutes. ,,Jeno..'' The blue haired boy then suddenly said quietly. ,,I'm sorry." Jeno looked at him. He was confused. ,,I think I have feelings for a person. This person is very very very important to me and I love them so much. I just want them to be happy." Jeno took Jaemin's hand and started playing with it. Both boys stayed quiet again. It took them a whole minute to say something again. ,,Is it me?" Jaemin felt how his heartbeat got faster. What should he say? Lying is not good, but he also wasn't ready to confess now. So he lied.
,,No." Jeno looked the ground. ,,Why didn't you tell us that you're meeting someone?" Now Jeno looked back at Jaemin and Jaemin finally looked at Jeno. ,,I'm not meeting anyone?" He seemed confused. ,,Jungwoo?" Jaemin raised his eyebrow and rolled his eyes when he looked away again. ,,Ohhh, Oh my god now I get it!" Jeno let go of his friend's hand and got up of the bench. ,,You think I'm dating Jungwoo!" The older boy started laughing and Jaemin looked at him, confused. ,,No no no no. Jungwoo is dating Lucas and they are very happy together. He just asked me to hang out." Now Jaemin also got up. ,,Then why did you say it was a date?" Jeno immediately stopped laughing after he saw how serious and mad Jaemin was. ,,I don't know.. I mean, it was a friendship date." The older boy looked so intimidated suddenly. ,,But why do you again seem so mad about it?" Now Jaemin was the one leaving out a sigh. ,,Everything is just so confusing at the moment. I think I just need time for myself." Jaemin took his cup of Iced Americano and walked away. Away from his best friend who is also his crush. He just needed time to consider everything what happened in the last ten minutes. Jeno didn't know if he should run to him or just let him go. But he decided to let him go.
Na Jaemin is someone, who would definitely come back as soon as he's ready. Sometimes he just needed time for himself for a while.
