How Long is Forever?

Concern

(Shinsou POV)
The morning went on as usual, the only concern I had was how scared the look on denkis face was this morning before leaving.
As I sat in my chair waiting for the attendance to be called, my thoughts were flooded with the image of denkis shirtless body painted with bruises and cuts.
Time was running out and I had a feeling Denki wasn't going to show today.
As Mr. Aizawa called the final name for attendance I expected Denki to come hurdling through the doors per usual, but he never came. The ending bell rang and it was time to leave.
I couldn't rlly focus in class today because I was too worried about denki.
"Great, I thought talking tk him would relieve my distractions".
As I was walking to my locker my attention turned to two of my classmates who I knew were close with Denki.
Budding up tk courage to speak with them I walked over.
"Hey...uh...kirishima...bakugo can I talk to you real quick." I tapped the red ones shoulder
"Of course Shinsou what's up?" Kiri said with a smile.
The other one just glared at me without a response...as expected of Bakugo
" It's uh...it's about Kaminari" I said and both their faces turned to frowns looking at eachother.
"And"! Bakugo asked
"Coukd u maybe tell me where he lives I just wanted to check on him, I found some stuff out and am a little worried." I asked
Suddenly Bakugo grabbed my collar and pulled me as close to his face as possible with anger in his eyes.
"Whatever you know. It's not your place to butt in" he exclaimed
I looked over to kirishima and his eyes stared tk the floor.
"Hey Bakugo ease up, he just wants to help" kiri said placing his hand on Bakugo a shoulder.
Bakugo released his grip on my collar.
"Look, we want to help that dunceface much more than you do. But learn from our mistake that sometimes you create more damage by helping. Kiri said softly
"What does that mean. You guys know"! I got angry.
"Chill out bro... just listen, last year was when we found out about y know" Kiri and Bakugo both looked tk the floor.
"We tried telling our teachers and principle but it backfired and Kami diddnt show up tk class for over a month. We tried visiting him, but every time his dad answered the door pushing us away." Kiri said
"Damn bastard" Bakugo punched his locker.
"Look I already promised him I wouldn't tell anyone I just want tk check on him can you give me directions" I pleaded
"Of course, we wish you luck." Kiri said giving me his address.
"Hey Shinsou,give him a hug if u see him from us." Bakugo said
I gave them my thanks then hurried out the door towards Denkis house. I texted my dads I was gonna be a lil late home today because I was meeting up with a. Friend.
Worry and panic flooded my mind on my way over. That 10 minute walk felt like an endless eternity.
