Tanee' POV:
3:07 p.m., in my cell with my cell mate, Andrea, who is sleep. She got busted for destroying a cop car. She said because the police took her father to jail because someone set him up. She doesnt really talk about it but if she does she will be in a bad mood the whole day and try to start fights with anybody. I dont really get that mad telling my story. It all happened on October 15,2014

i was standing on the block with my homies Makayla, Jaleia, and Zhondi when a group of fools walked into an abandoned house and started taking things.
J: look at them iggas, stealing shit when they know 12 keep passing by here
With that said the group of theives came out running away from the house with stuff from the house in their hands just when 12 turned on their sirens and started speeding toward them but another one was coming towards us. My homies and i split because thats what you gotta do when 12 come around.
After running for a while, i still heard 12; it seemed like they were chasing me
Officer: STOP RUNNING OR I'LL GET K9 (that wasnt necessary)
But i kept running and went until they caught me when i tripped over a step and slapped the cuffs on me. My parents came running out the house along with my sisters and my dog Lil' Bam Bam started barking at the police officers.
My mom: whats going on? Nae what happened?
12: Ma'am please go back inside. Tanee' Bembury you are under arrest for breaking and entering and robbery. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say or do can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attourney. if you can not afford one, one will be provided for you
He put me in the back of the car and then my dog started playing tug of war with his pants leg, but he wasnt playing. Then the officer pulled out his gun and shot him 3 times. My whole family started getting angry
Shenita ( my neighbor): SHE AINT DO NOTHING
Boney(my cousin): YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO ARREST A KID
Just then i heard a little tiny voice say mommy. I looked at the porch and it was my son Nashon crawling out the house. i started crying tears off joy because that was his first words. But when he didnt see me he started crying
