A/N: I absolutely adore this musical!

Also, found the video up above randomly and it's chaotic and beautiful.

Then

Marvin's POV

"You gotta hit the damn ball, kid!" Charlotte yelled at the poor kid who got out.

"C'mon!" Cordelia cheered as Jason pathetically hit the ball. One thing I learned about my neighbors is that they're pretty competitive, but more Charlotte than Cordelia

"Yes, Jason!" Trina shouted as Jason runs to first base, I put my elbows on my thighs, leaning forward, and I rested my head in the palms of my hands.

"Baseball's so boring," I complained for the thousandth time to Mendel, who happened to be sitting in front of me. He looked annoyed and I smirked to myself, knowing I had succeeded to complete my goal of annoying him.

"You've said that already," he said, turning around and is giving me an annoyed look. I'm still smirking.

"This time I promise not to complain anymore."

"You said that about ten minutes ago, and yet here we are."

Just then, a handsome man probably in his late 20s/early 30s and his daughter walked down my aisle on the bleachers. They sat down a couple of feet away from me. The girl, I noticed, was clinging to her father.

"Umm, Daddy, can I go and sit with Rose and her brother?" the girl asked the man.

"Sure, her brother's Eli, right?"

"Yeah,"

"I have him in one of my classes." he smiled to himself. Before he finished his sentence, his daughter already ran off to join her friend.

Cordelia glanced between me checking out the man and the man himself.

He stood up allowing me to stare at his ass for a quick minute "C'mon!" he cheered. Cordelia leans into me to whisper something in my ear "Maybe you should talk to him. Might get your mind off Whizzer."

"Oh. . Umm. . . Sure"

I kind of stuttered because I didn't really expect her to say that, but mostly it's because I hadn't really flirted in about a year. You can do it, Marvin.

I tried to think of something clever and smart to say, but all I could think of saying was "Hey". God, gotta get my head back in the game! (A/N: That was totally a HSM reference)

"Hi," he smiled. Jesus, what a charming smile.

"So, which kid's yours?" I asked him.

¨Oh, he's right there," he pointed to a boy talking to Jason.

Heh, what a coincidence.

"Mine is the one that your son is talking to."

He chuckled lightly. We kept talking for another 15 minutes, laughing at random jokes the other made. Eventually, he introduced himself as Y/N, and I introduced myself as well. I really like him, he's funny and adorable. He told me how he was an English Lit teacher at the local high school and I told him how I'm here with my ex-wife and her new husband, who was my therapist before he married Trina.

Mendel turned around and gave me a death stare when I called him annoying. I looked at him and smirked, and flicked him on the side of his head. It was kind of similar when I flicked you in the back of the head because you told Jason that you didn't know if he should go to a therapist. Now that I thought of it, maybe I shouldn't have done anything or found another psychiatrist besides Mendel. Then Trina wouldn't have met him.
