The Best Living Nightmare

Birthday!!

Rebekah woke and uneasily got out of bed it was a cool crisp morning with a gentle breeze,she wanted to back to sleep but the loud rushing noise and flashing lights out side reminded her that she had to get up no matter how sleepy she was.She then remembered the dream she had last night,a strange man was saying come I'll protect you over and over again. Thinking of the dream made her shiver yet she felt relaxed.She then turned her head to look at her clock and gasped. It was 10:00!!! I've never slept this late before she though as she hurriedly got out of bed. Next she grabbed her clothes and headed strait to the bathroom to get ready.

It wasn't a school day but she knew that her parents got mad when ever she slept in late.Who knows what they'll do to me this this time when they find out that I just woke up.Rebekah thought, while she was in the bathroom she looked in the mirror at herself. She had dirty blonde hair with a hint of orange to it that waved. And eyes with a mix of green,gray,blue,and brown. She didn't think she was pretty or ugly.though people said she was cute.

As she watched herself in the mirror getting ready she suddenly remembered something. Oh my gosh she though out loud in a voice louder than she wanted.Its my birthday! She than felt a tingle of excitement fill her whole body, making her jump rapidly up and down.She felt like a child for doing so after all she was turing 16.
