Omniscient POV
"Stop... no..." she cries as she watches the life drain out her little brother.
"HELP" she yells to the crowd of people standing around watching the blood leak out her partially warm brother.
"No, no, no, NO...." she breaks down crying hold onto her brother.
"It wasn't supposed to be like this... you was supposed to go to college and become someone " she stops and and breathes hard while tears still run down her face.
"You was gone make all of us proud, all we wanted was the best for you" she breaks down even more.
"You wasn't supposed to get involved with the streets baby... you was so smart, confident and always had that contagious smile on your face" she cries in his ear while listening to the faint siren getting closer.
"Please stay with me.... Please" she whispered, begging for his life.
She closed her eyes and rocked her brother. She heard a bunch of heavy footsteps running her way and felt her brother being snatched from her arms.
She stood up and cried watching the paramedics try to get a pulse from a brothers cold body.
She watched them slowly stop trying to revive her brother and look up at each other. She felt numb and stuck. Her little brother was dead. She went into shock and stopped breathing.
"Nayla.... Nayla.... Nayla" someone shook her and called her name. She turned and looked at her friend ci and broke down crying in her arms.
" I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry noonie" ci cried while holding Nayla.
"He's gone ci he's really gone" she cried hard.
" I'm so sorry noonie" ci kept repeating while rubbing Nayla back and holding her tightly.

I hope you guys enjoy this book it is my first book I released to the public and hope to get some feedback on how to improve my writing and what I should add to the plot.
This story has been in the works for a year , I wanted to put out quality I like and nothing to cringe.
