It's been 6 years since you and Eijiro started dating. Y'all know live together and are married. One day you wake up from your sleep with a stomach ache. You run into the bathroom and throw up. Later that day you go to the pharmacy to buy a pregnancy test. Eijiro hasn't been home today because of work so you have time to test yourself.
After the test you sit down on your bed and start crying tears of joy. Your pregnant. But now you have to tell him. Your sure he will be happy but it's still nerve racking.
You need to decided how you will tell him fast. You take to test and lay it on his side of the bed with a note saying "surprise" beside it.
You hear the door start to unlock and the open. You quickly hop into bed pretending to sleep. Eijiro walks into the bed room and sees your first since your side is closer to the door. He kisses your forehead then goes over to his side of the bed.
You hear his let out a small gasp. "Oh my god" he says happily. You can hear him start to cry.
"Surprise!" you say in a whisper yell as you roll over to hug him.
