Once Akira took care of the devils he ran to Ryo and y/n. "Come on we need to get her help." Akira said reaching for you.

But Ryo pulled away. "No. I can carry her." He shouted.

Akira nodded his head and motioned for Ryo to follow him.

"Your leg is hurt, I'll drive." Akira said opening the back door. Ryo climbed into the back seat and laid your head on his lap.

"I think it's best if I sit back here with her." Ryo said.

He didn't want you to leave his side.

Akira closed the door behind him. He started the car and turned his head to face you and Ryo.

Ryo was staring down at your body.

"She is barely breathing. What are you waiting for? DRIVE!" He yelled.

"I don't know were you want me to take her." Akira said. He sounded like he was going to cry.

Ryo sighed. "I'm sorry I didn't mean to yell at you." He said softly. "We will take her to my house. Jenny will fix her up." Ryo told him.

Akira turned around and pushed his foot on the gas pedal. The car zoomed in the direction of Ryo's house.

Ryo lifted up his phone and dialed a number.

It ringed once before the person on the other end quickly answered.

"Yes sir, what can I do for you?" The lady on the other end said. She sounded very professional.

"Jenny, we have a problem with y/n. She has been terribly hurt."

"What? y/n? She has been hurt? How? What happened? Bring her to me I need to tend to her wounds immediately." She was frantic.

"Calm down Jenny. I'm bringing her to the house right now. She is still breathing but her pulse is very weak. Be prepared. She is losing lots of blood. We will be there in 5 minutes." Ryo then hung up the phone.

It wasn't long before they arrived in front of the large white building that Ryo called home.

"Quick lay her on the couch." Jenny motioned as they walked through the door.

Ryo carefully placed you down on the couch. Jenny looked at your bloody body.

"Oh my god Ryo. How could you let her get hurt like this? You had one job. You only had to protect her." Jenny yelled at Ryo.

"Don't you think I already fucking now that?" He yelled back.

He screamed as he grabbed a vase and slammed it on the ground.

"FUCK!" He screamed then he walked up the stairs and slammed his room door.

He was trying his best not to break into tears and lose his composure.

Jenny looked at Akira. "Ignore him. He acts like a child when he is angry." She said focusing back on you.

"I don't mean to be rude but who are you?" Akira asked.

"Oh, I'm Jenny. Ryo's secretary." She said still working on treating you.

"You look tired. Go find and empty room and get some rest." Jenny said as she began to take your clothes off.

"I'll find out what happened later. When Ryo stops acting like a child." She looked up at Akira.

He was looking at you. Jenny had just finished unbuttoning your shirt.

"Oh, umm sorry. Yeah I'll go." Akira said standing and heading walking up the stairs.

Jenny laid two of her fingers on your neck. She closed her eyes and let out a sigh.

She grabbed the bucket of water and a sponge and began to clean you.

After cleaning the blood off of you, Jenny lifted you up and brought you to your old room.

Before Ryo left for his research you would sometimes come and stay with him and Jenny. You came so often that they gave you your own room.

Jenny treated your wounds and looked around for some clothes.

But there were none that you could fit anymore. So she garbed one of Ryo's shirts and a pair of shorts.

She would have given you something of hers to wear but she had nothing you would be comfortable in.

She dressed you and left you to rest.

Before she left the room, she looked at you and smiled. "I'm so sorry dear." She said as she closed the door.

Jenny then walked across the hall where Ryo's room was.

She knocked on the door. "Ryo. Are you ready to talk like adults?" She asked.

He didn't respond so she walked into the room. He was standing out on the balcony.

"Ryo, you need to tell me what happened to y/n" She demanded.

He turned his head to look at her. "Is she ok? Can I go see her?"

"No you can't see her right now. She is weak and needs rest. Don't expect her to wake up anytime soon either." Jenny said.

"She is alive though. Right?" Ryo asked.

Jenny nodded her head. Then she left the room.

Ryo climbed into his bed. He brought his knees to his chest. He couldn't help but feel guilty.

What if you did die? What would he have done then.

His life would be meaningless. He sat there thinking. Tears began to fall down his face.

There was a light knock on the door.

But Ryo didn't want to talk to anyone so he ignored it.

Then there was another knock.

"Ryo? Are you in there?" He heard the person say. His head whipped in the direction of the door. His eyes widened.

"Ryo? I want to lay with you. It's to cold in my room." The person said.

Ryo jumped off his bed and ran to his room door.

He slung the door open.

"Y/n?" He said as he looked down at you.

"Yeah. Can I please lay with you? My room is freezing..." But before you could finish your sentence, Ryo wrapped his arms around you and lifted you up.

He held you tightly. He buried his face into you chest.

"Y/n. I'm so sorry. I shouldn't have taken you there." He started crying.

"Ryo. It's fine. I'm fine." You said hugging him back. He carried you to his bed.

He was still crying.

"Don't cry." You said rubbing his head.

"I'm sorry I can't help it. I'm just so glad you're ok." He wiped his eyes.

"Don't apologies. You haven't done anything wrong." You told him.

Both of you laid down on the bed. Ryo laid his head on your chest and pulled the blanket over the both of you.

"I don't want to ever leave your side again." He told you.

"Do you mean that?" You looked into his eyes.

"Of course I mean it." Ryo titled his head.

"Why wouldn't I mean it?" He questioned.

"I don't know." You held him tightly.

"I love you." He held you close.

You were silent for a moment. Ryo has told you that he loved you before, But for some reason this time it felt different. His words sounded more sincere.

"I love you too." You said smiling.

Eventually Ryo fell asleep on your chest. But you couldn't sleep. Your day was so eventful and the thought of what had happened kept you up all night.
