tenth day.

Sunday started with Jacob, driving Kevin to the mall.

Kevin needed to buy some presents for on of his family member, or to be more specific, his sister.

Jacob thought he will be a bother if he came along, but Kevin disagree with the thought.

Instead, he's actually the one who asked Jacob if he could tag along.

Jacob was still wondering if he will be a bother, but if the younger insisted then he wont, right?

So he came along with Kevin.

Eventually, they reached the mall.

Jacob told Kevin to wait for him at the entrance while he park his car.

He roamed the parking lot, trying to find a near parking slot.

But he couldnt find one - well, At least its not too far away from the entrance.

Once Jacob locked his car, he hurriedly went to the mall entrance.

When Jacob was already beside Kevin, they entered the building.

The mall was pretty empty - it's still in the early morning after all.

Since Kevin did not want to waste any time - Reasons : his sister will probably be out with his friends today since it is her birthday. (Because he knew tomorrow he will be busy so he has to give it to her today).

So he told Jacob if they could run to his sister's favourite store.

Jacob knew why Kevin was in a hurry. He then nods, showing a sign in agreement.

After Kevin paid for it, he and Jacob hurriedly exits the store.

But not with full speed or whatever, kind of normal walking with a little bit of speed.

They did not want to be seen as suspicious people so.

But some of them were still suspicious, lmao.

They both finally got out of the building after getting weird stares from some stranger.

But eh, at least they can run now.

As expected, Kevin hurriedly exits the car once Jacob parked it right outside his house.

Its been a while since he had been living here, but thats not the point.

He pressed the doorbell and waited for the door to open.

And luckily, it did not take long for the door to open.

The door opened revealing Kevin's sister.

"Oh hi Kev - Its nice of you to come and visit us but why so early in the morning?" His sister said, raising an eyebrow.

"Its your birthday silly. I wouldnt forget about it" Kevin then hands his sister the present.

"You could've send it to me later in the afternoon or evening"

"Mother told me you'll be hanging out with your friends eventually. So I had to give it to you this morning. So I can also see you"

"Thats so sweet of you, come here" His sister said before she puts the present on the ground carefully and opens his arms.

Kevin gladly accept the offer to hug. "Happy birthday - Oh yeah, have fun, alright?"

"Of course I will!"

Kevin then lets go of the hug, "Wait here" He said before he went to the car and tells Jacob to come and greet his sister.

Jacob nods before he turns the engine off and exits the car.

Kevin dragged Jacob to his sister right away after he was out of the car.

"Oh hi! You must be Jacob, Kevin told me a lot about you"

"Haha.. I am.." Jacob smiles shyly.

"I would love to talk to you both a lot more but I have to run"

"Oh alright"

Once they bid their goodbyes, Kevin and Jacob hurriedly went to the car, afraid if Kevin's sister will be running late for her birthday hang out.

"Hey Jacob.." Kevin started when both of them were already at Kevin's room

"Mhm?"

"Thanks for.. coming along with me today -- I know I asked you to, but you agreed on it right away.. Thanks for that"

"No worried Kevin. I really wanted to come along earlier, but I didnt want to be seen as a bother, but then, you asked me if I could"

Kevin smiles, "Its still eleven.. mind if we take a nap..?"

"You mean you?"

"No.. I mean.. If we could cuddle again--"

"If that makes you happy, then I am down for it"

Well, technically, they didnt.

Somehow, they decided to walk along the nearest park from the school. (After dinner of course)

Kevin thought about it out of the blues. He hated to ask, but he also did not want Sunday to turn into hell yet, aka Monday.

So he had to.

And here they are, walking around the park with warm clothes. Warm enough to make their body warm during this cold night.

It was almost eleven honestly.

It is against the rule if you're not in your dorm after nine.

But who cares.

Kevin then asked the older if they could sit down on a bench or something.

Of course, Jacob said yes.

So they went to the nearest bench and sit on it.

Luckily, the bench was wide enough for them to sit together or else they have to sit far away from one another.

Without any hesitation, Kevin lays his head down onto Jacob's shoulder. He was tired. So tired.

"Thank you for today, Jacob.."

"Thank you for today too, Kev" Jacob thanked him back.

Then he heard a sigh from the younger. "Im tired.. I dont want to go to school tomorrow.."

"Why are you tired, hm?" Jacob asked, clearly trying to know a reason if the younger should (or should not) take a rest.

"This week has been exhausting - Well, I mean, thanks to you its not that - this week is not that bad but still.."

"I guess it was an exhausting week.. c'mon, lets go back, you can take a break tomorrow, I'll ask your teacher tomorrow if there will be any homework or anything if you're still tired-"

Kevin removes his head from the older's shoulder as he puts his hand onto his chest and gasps, "You're such an angel"

"Health comes first. If you attend school tomorrow, and you're still tired, you can get sick so"
