The Mysterious Island

Jim knew it would be a long journey, but he couldn't wait to set off. He was told by his parents that he could go to the mysterious island, nobody dared to set foot on. The next day, everyone stared at Jim as he got on his ship. But before he started his voyage, his parents told him to take his mobile phone, just in case. Then, they set off, to seek the mysterious island. they had reached halfway when a storm broke out. Thankfully, there was no thunder, just lightnings. Just then, Jim heard a bark. "Bow! Bow! Woof! Woof!" When he turned around, he saw a poor little dog in the see surrounded with sharks. Jim knew he had to do something. He threw barrels against the sharks, and when they had left, Jim jumped into the water and saved the little dog. His friends on his ship helped him get on board.

Luckily, the little dog was alive, and it started barking the second it opened it's eyes. It licked Jim gratefully. "Awww.. you're an adorable little dog, Good boy..." Jim patted the dog's head. "Hmm.... He doesn't have a collar. Maybe he had one and might have lost it at sea." Jim thought. He looked at the dog. It's iris had a unique type of shape like a crown. "Prince... Yeah, that should do it. From now on, your name is Prince." Prince seemed like a unique dog. He seemed more human than a typical dog. To enjoy the sea air and to bark at the helm. Jim found all this really off, but he simply ignored these strange things.

After days at the sea, they finally arrived on the mysterious island. Everyone got off the ship excitedly but, cautiously. Prince was the only one who jumped out of the ship rather happily. He barked joyfully as if he knew this mysterious place. But no one even set foot on this island. Shivers ran down Jim's spine. He had ignored all the dog's strange attitudes, but this was way strange. Then prince ran into the forest in front of them. "PRINCE! Wait!" Jim cried out. He ran after Prince. "JIM, we don't know this island yet. You might get lost!" His crew mates called out.  But Jim didn't respond. He kept on running after Prince. At last, at a length, Prince stooped. "Prince, please stop running now," Jim pleaded. But Prince didn't bark like usual. He kept on staring forward. Jim noticed this and he stared forward. His eyes widened at the sight. People were flying! Not with wings rather with plying hoverboards! Jim shivered. Now he knew why no one stepped on this island. Some people had come to this island but they never came back. All of a sudden, one of the strange people saw Jim. He was frightened. The strange girl dropped her hoverboard and walked up to Jim. Jim shielded his eyes for the worst. She seemed confused. Then he heard the sound of trumpets. As soon as the girl heard the music, she kneeled down. "Psst.. Kneel down or the king will kill you," the girl whispered to Jim. Fearing his life, Jim kneeled.

 When the King came, he shouted. "Robert! I thought I had lost you." Jim looked up. You couldn't call him King. He was just an average teenage boy. The king looked at Jim and hugged him. "Thank you for bringing Robert back to me. What's your name?" The king asked. "Your Majesty, my name is Jim. I come from the next country." he bowed down. "Sir, we caught these outlanders." a knight looking person announced.  Jim turned around. The outlanders were his friends. "Now as a present for bringing my friend Robert back, what would you like?" Jim looked at his friends and pointed at them. "I would like them to be set free." "But I could give you anything, diamonds, gold-" "But none of them would matter if my friends were imprisoned." Jim interrupted. The king sighed. "If that is what you want." he smiled.  The knights released Jim's friends, and they went back home. They told everyone their adventure and thus, no one was ever scared of going to the Island. The people who never came back were just lost. The island became famous for their advanced technology. So remember, Don't judge a book by it's cover!
