While she was young, Clea got captured and her captors scarred her with a dagger made of Kryptonite. They left permanent scars which somehow got lined with led so they don't make her weak all time, it just leaves a dull throb and it doesn't affect anybody Kryptonian while they are near her. They kinda put way too much Kryptonite in her legs and back to where she needed crutches to walk with and someone to carry her bag. She also sometimes slips into a few days to 2 week comas. She is also blind in one eye dues to the Kryptonite and her other eye sometimes goes blind too, and to tell if she was blind, her eye would fog over in a grayish type color.
Also when she gets extremely mad, her scars pulsate and become vibrant.
