Her Foster Father | Hyejin

Chapter 1 | Bruised

It was 5:00 in the morning and Hyejin was the first to wake up Her foster father was still asleep so she came out of her room quietly.

Hyejin and her foster father were in the same room she didn't mind that at first.

She ate her breakfast quietly and got in the shower however her father (foster) held her hand "Hey Baby goodmorning why didn't you wake me up" her father said.

She tried to get out of her father's grip "Dad let me go I'll take a shower first" she said annoyed, well she had no clothes and only the towel wrapped up in her body.

Her father touched her bare shoulders giving Hyejin chills "Dad stop I'll be late if you don't stop that" Hyejin said again but this time raising her voice and a hint of anger.

Her father got shocked and gripped at Hyejin's neck giving Her a bruise.

"D-dad stop please I need to go to school I'll be late" Hyejin choked while saying it while Her dad let her go.

~Time skip~  (At school)

Luckily she was the first in the school even the guard wasn't there but the gate was open so she could get in there was pure silence when she got in only birds chirping and some crickets sound.

She was in front of the locked room but still watching at the gate for a few minutes her neck started to hurt she looked at her neck through the reflection of her phone.

She saw a bruise well today is her lucky day she had her concealer then she applied it.

For a few minutes of waiting she saw someone at the gate entering it was her squad she smiled.

"Hey! Im over here!" Hyejin shouted and waved her hand her squad heard the shout.

"Oh Hyejin is over there let's go" the squad said and ran.

" Wow Hyejin it's your first time to be in the school first" Moonbyul teased
"Yeah yeah whatever, Did you guys eat already?" Hyejin asked and felt her neck stil hurting

"Yeah yeah we're done, Hyejin?" Her bestfriend said and asked "Hmm?" Hyejin asked back "What's that is that a concealer on your neck?" Hyejin was shocked she didn't hid it well that her best friend noticed it "Yeah Hyejin we noticed that too" Yongsun said
"Oh...Uh..mm Its nothing yeah yeah nothing" Hyejin said in a nervous tone and continued "Well i just burned my neck" Hyejin lied "Are you sure?" Moonbyul asked then rubbed the concealer in her neck "Hyejin..."
"Don't lie where did you get this bruise?" Moonbyul said with a little bit of anger in her voice "Um... Forget this it doesn't hurt at all" Hyejin tried to change the topic and laughed it off.

"Hyejin... Did you get this from your father?" Wheein asked in a worried tone "Yeah..." Hyejin said scared "Hwasa you can't just let your father hurt you always you need to fight back too. That's always your problem sometimes you're too nice and sometimes always too protective" Wheein said and Hyejin got really scared that she backed up because she knows that Wheein is angry whenever she calls her 'Hwasa'.

Wheein held her hands and kissed it "Im sorry babe (they're not girlfriends just a call sign) I didn't mean to scare you let's go inside" Wheein apologized.

It was afternoon their class was done and yongsun decided to hang out  with them "Y'all listen how 'bout we hangout together yeah? Hyejin, you in?" Yongsun offered "Hmm I'll think about that I still need to do my homework we have a lot" Yongsun sighed at Hyejin's words "..Hyejin" Hyejin continued "I know I know unnie im overworking myself blah blah Just let me work unnie im not tired really" Wheein was surprised that this is the first time Hyejin rejected to hangout with them wheein knew there was something wrong with her best friend.
