Chapter 2 | Blood

"Uh sorry I just stunbled something on my feet" Wheein giggled "It's not like we haven't kissed many times" Wheein continued "want me to continue it?".

"Eww why would you do that you're so gross" Hyejin said still cringing at wheein "Aw Hyejinnie doesn't want my kisses anymore" They both laughed and lay down on their bed
"Wheeinniee" Hyejin said in an annoyed tone because Wheein's left leg is on hers "Let's talk about sleeping goodnight" Wheein said and slept "But you said talk- nevermind" Hyejin slept too.

Time skip (in the morning)

Hyejin was the second to wake up in their house Wheein was still peacefully sleeping so she get off the bed quietly making sure she isn't going to wake wheein up.

She saw her father drinking coffee she decided to be nice to him "Good morning dad did you make breakfast?" He nodded his head " Go eat breakfast you'll be late at school and also wake your best friend up if not you two will be late " He turned around and noticed the bruise in her neck.

He smirked and pushed her making her fall to the ground making her shout a little and coughed.

Hyejin couldn't stand up she was weak and she couldn't fight back she just wished wheein was there to protect her she waited and waited but no it was just getting worse her father kicked her in the stomach multiple times making her cough with blood she felt that her saliva was falling down she touched it she saw... Blood..'no..no im okay I'll be okay wheein will arrive soon...' she thought while she was getting lightheaded.

Her father picked her up and choked her hard "W-what do y-you want f-from me?!" Hyejin shouted loud enough for wheein to hear "You damn well what I want!" He choked her harder and screamed for help
"W-wheein" she scream while she was getting more light headed and she was weak tears streaming down her face coughing blood she just wanted to die at that time.

Wheein's POV

I was sleeping peacefully but I heard a scream I knew it was Hyejin but I thought that was a scream out of joy so I let it slide but no this time Hyejin called my name coughing I knew I should get up so I got up fast and saw A blood on the carpet "BITCH PUT HYEJIN DOWN OR I'LL CALL THE POLICE" I shouted at him and dialed 911 and they said they're on their way.

The old man put her down and ran away because he knew the police was coming I ran fast to Hyejin "Hyejinie are you okay you're coughing blood! Dont worry Hyejin they are on their way please hold on!" I couldn't help but sob. Hyejin smiled weakly at me
"Shh Don't worry Wheeinie I'll be okay" Then I watched as Hyejin lost conciousness I cried harder.

Just in time the police came "Ma'am what happened?" "Find the old man please she hurt her and now she just lost conciousness please!" In no time the police moved fast and called the ambulance.

Time skip (at the hospital)

Wheein was extremely worried for Hyejin and her health she don't know what to do now the doctor came out "Oh Ms. Ahn Hyejin's family?" Wheein answered " Im her best friend, doctor is she okay?" The doctor sighed "Well its not that bad only the bruises.. she's still sleeping and I'm not sure but I think she's getting discharged tommorow since her condition is not that bad" The doctor said.

Wheein got inside Hyejin's room and saw her waking up " Oh Hyegii you're awake! Are you okay now? Does your bruises still hurt?" Hyejin looked around " Where's my father Wheeinah? Is he okay? Where is he?" Wheein frowned "Hyejinie are you still going to worry about him after what he did to you? The police got him he is now in jail" "Wheein yoy don't know how much I still care about him yes I know he's my foster dad but still I care for him" Wheein caressed Hyejin's hand and kissed it " Forget about him for now the doctor said you'll be discharged tommorow and also wait I'll tell the unnies this".

Wheein called yongsun first "Hello yongsun unnie? I hope I didn't disturb you I also wanted to tell you something" Wheein said to the other line "Yoy didn't disturbed me Hmm? What are you going to tell me" Wheein was nervous "Ermm Hyejin is in the hospital I'm with her" Yongsun's face changed when she heard that "WHAT?! What happened im coming".

Just a few seconds yongsun arrived
"WHEEINAH WHERE'S HYEJIN?" Yongsun said panting because she ran "Unnie calm down she's okay her father hurt her and don't know what happened because when I woke up he was choking her and she was coughing blood so yeah that's what happened" Wheein said.

"Did she get more bruise?" Yongsun said in a worried tone "Sadly yeah more in her necks and arms" Wheein frowned.

"I'll go inside and check her first" Yongsun said and got in "Yongsun unniee helloo" She heard Hyejin said a bit weak "Oh hello jinnie you're awake are you okay now? Does your bruises still hurt?"  "Yeah they are a bit better now don't worry" Hyejin said smiling "Now tell me what happened".

So Hyejin told her what happened

"That bastard don't worry jinnie we are now here to protect you" Hyejin was confused " Unnie where's byulyi unnie?"  "Byul? Oh she's in school I just texted her to tell that we can't attend because you're ate the hospital".

"Wait here jinnie I'll go outside first Wheein is waiting"

"Wheein you can go home now I'll take care of jinnie and just tell our teacher that im with Hyejin" but Wheein wanted to stay " Unnie please let me be with Hyejin for once take care of yourself too... please?" Yongsun just nodded her head and get out.

"Wheeniee come inside" Hyejin called for wheein and of course she heard it and she came inside "What is it baby?" Wheein asked and sat downnthe chair "I dunno im just hungry can you get me a food? Pretty Pleasee"  "Aight in one condition" Hyejin raised her brow "What is it?" Wheein chuckled "Be mine" Wheein joked and they laughed together.

For a few minutes Wheein got Hyejin's food "Here It's healthy eat it" Wheein said as she offered Hyejin the food. "Come eat with me together I can't eat this all together".
