It had been two weeks since I had arrived at the glade, I had settled down, going into the maze every second day and night, to see if I could find a way out, but no luck, I had kept killing the grievers and took some metal parts to make a treehouse in the woods, it was almost completed except for the roof, which was also almost finished. My name still hadn’t come back to me, and I don’t think it ever will, so I named myself ‘shadow' because since I went into the maze at night, I had hid in the shadows, to creep up on the grievers and kill them. It was pretty easy to kill them, actually, they had a weak spot on their head, which when shot there, they were killed instantly. The only reason I had survived was because of the vines as I hid in them, and then creeped up on the grievers. At first it was a bit difficult to find food, but now that I know where all of the different plants were, it was quite easy to get food, but it would help that when I came up in the box, there was already food and water.
