Mildreds POV

why do I keep going back to Severus I already know he hates me so much she thought. you get to your dorm with Minevera and you to start talking. "why did you start yelling" asked Mcgonagle. "I don't know I just lost control of myself" said mildred. "did I yell that loud" "well the whole staff room heard you yelling just not what you said." said Mcgonagle.  "oh dear I feel a little bad for what I did" "should I say sorry to him for just yelling at him." mildred asked "well I think he should be the first on to say sorry." "he is the one who asked you to come to his dorm right," asked Mcgonagle. "yes he was." said mildred. "fine I will wait but if he doesn't say sorry should I" asked mildred "well of course not, if he doesn't say it to you right away you just give him time." said Mcgonagle. ok thank you Mcgonagle see you tomorrow. mildred sat in her room still crying and thinking about what had happened. before she went to bed she say a note on her window sill. mildred took the letter and started to read it 

Dear mildred 

I am truly sorry for yelling at you, I am wondering if you would like to meet me at the gates tomorrow at 4:30,  and again I am really truly sorry for yelling at you,

mildred started to read this letter and tears start dripping down her check. she wrote back and some tears dripped on to her parchment.

Snape's POV 

oh merlin did I come off to sting on that letter or what if she doesn't write back Snape thought but snapped out of thought once he saw an owl coming to his window with a letter. the owl dropped the letter on his window sill

            Dear Severus,

I am also truly sorry for yelling instead or trying to talk to you. but unfortunately I can't make it for tomorrow because have to grade papers, but thank you for the offer hope everything is well

Snape notices the tear marks, oh are those tears or just water. I think it is just water because she didn't look that mad when Mcgonagle took her back to her dorm Snape thought. well I guess I should go to sleep it is getting really late and I hav to get up early to grade papers 

mildred's POV

 oh look at the time it is 12:45 I have been grading for the past 4 hours well I think it is time for bed. I hav e more papers to grade tomorrow I wonder how Snape makes teachers- wait I have to stop thinking about him, but I can't he is just in my head and I can't forget about what happened today not for the life of me mildred thought.  she went to take a shower then put her night outfit on and was heading to bed but heard a knock. who could that be. mildred went to open the door to see Mcgonagle, "oh minerva come in." "thank you dear now did Severus apologize to you" she asked "yes he did and he asked if we can meet up tomorrow at 4:30 by the gates" mildred said. "oh did you say yes" "no I have a lot of work to grade" "well you should go and don't worry about grading ok good night" "good night minerva" 

mildred went to her desk and got a pice of parchment out. an d wrote to Severus.
