James Smith kicked at the sand on the beach, spacing out and watching the ocean hit harshly against the sand, soon he was taken out of his trance, by a punch on the leg."Stop throwing sand at me James, you're getting on my nerves!" Amber exclaimed, taking a handful of sand into her hand and throwing it at James's face, James put his hands over his face and dusted the sand off harshly.
"Don't do that you idiot! That could have gotten in my eyes!"
"What? You're scared of a little sand, c'mon Smith you're better than this!" Amber threw more sand at James, but more of the wet kind near where the water began, it hit James's arm harshly.
"What is wrong with you, Amber?!" James yelled back at her, reaching for some sand to throw at her. Amber was faster though, she got another handful of sand and threw it at James's face, it hit his face hard, like throwing pavement at a wall.
James ran to her and started sticking handfuls of sand on her, Amber did the same."C'mon Silver, get in here it's fun!" Amber laughed, hitting James with even more sand.
"I'm good, I would not like to get dirty since I do have something to do with my mom later." Silver said, their voice sounding quiet compared to Amber and James.
"Oh ok Rich kid, talking fancy eh?" Amber crossed her arms and looked at Silver with a serious look, she couldn't be too serious though since she was red and covered in sand.
James threw another handful right at Amber's face and she fell over.
"You-" Amber was about to insult James but he rubbed the mud like sand all over her face."Ok, that's enough." Silver put down their book and stood up.
"Ah! Will you look at that! You can walk-" Amber got a towel thrown to her face, Silver rolled their eyes and went to sit back down.
"Come over here Samwell!" Amber reached for Silver's arm, Silver looked at Amber with disgust, Amber continued on, taking Silver's arm into her own, James watched in curiosity as Amber began to sing.
"Silver Samwell... you are a b**ch-" That's as far as we got to hear of Amber's song before getting pushed down onto the floor.
"What the hell! It was a joke!" Amber said, Silver glared at her and kicked sand into Amber's glasses.
"Hey, what's wrong with you?! Those cost money!" Amber dusted the sand off her glasses and gave Silver the finger, Silver sat back down, propped their feet on the small plastic table, and put her sunglasses back on.
"Not everyone is rich like you Samwell!" Amber exclaimed, James walked up behind her,
"You are though, a lot more than I am." James said, pointing at Amber."The difference is that your dad hates you, Amber." Silver added simply.
"I guess you're right." Amber sighed, and pushed the glasses into her bag in annoyance, she pushed James one more time before running into the water.
The rest of their day was uneventful, or as uneventful as a day with Amber could be, eventually, they all decided to head to Silver's house, not like Amber's or James's parents would mind they're gone.
But before that could happen, Amber annoyed both Silver and James yet again with the house next to the beach.
"What is your obsession with that house, Hendrix?!" Silver groaned, Amber shrugged in response, Silver slapped their own face with their hands and grunted loudly.
"It looks cool! Do you guys not want to meet Mr. Pennywise?" Amber smirked.
"Why would I want to meet a killer clown, Hendrix?" Silver asked Amber.
