4. First day in job

So after joey and I become friends, he started smirking. I raised my eyebrows at him what are you so happy about?

I approached for my new job. Interview was all ready done beforehand so my job is pretty permanent and sure. So I just need to get to my desk and start working.

I was really enjoying my first day at work, when suddenly the receptionist call for me saying that the boss called for me. So I kind of had an idea what he was going to say as its my first day in here. I got up from my seat and went to knock the door but it was open, so I just push in and knock once on the open door.

sir, you called me? I asked getting myself seated

So I hope your transfer doesnt affect you much" he said and for the first time he look up to me and my breath stuck there. His eyes were grey and so captivating. Then I heard a tapping sound I realize I was staring at him. I manage myself and said I would love to be here". I actually will. Im still so embarrassed that I was staring at him like that. But come on, I really would love to see him everyday, stay with my friends and flirt with my boss.

we will give you promotion for your 3 years of experience in your field. And your salary will increase to 25% he said while waiting for my expression.

I get myself excused and got up from the seat and was heading out when he said Jacinda you can call me Cassius" with a smirk.
