*A/N: It's me the main author I would just like to tell you guys that I have recently been editing this story and have decided to republish in a different shorter format. Also my co-writer recently "quit" so now it's just me that's it though so ty for reading!*

~Pepper's POV~

'Why do they do this to me?' I wonder while getting kicked in the stomach. As much as I try not to cry I can't help but shed some tears.I feel like screaming but I can't afford to get Rosemary in trouble so I just lie there knowing bruises will show up tomorrow. They finally let me leave. I rush out of there as fast as I can. While heading home I got many messages from my older sister Tigerlily and from the urgent looking tone I could tell she was scolding me but I didn't have the time right now, a while later I got a call from her.

"What's taking you so long!" Tigerlily scowled.

"Well I just left school cause uhm..I was at the library studying! Cuz y'know finals am I right" I stuttered out

"Right," She said in a sarcastic tone, "Just hurry, I need you to bring some stuff from the store for dinner."

"Ok" I said

"Love you" She said in a much calmer tone.

"Love you too" I replied.

I hung up and stopped by the store to buy some groceries for dinner, just as I was about to line up to check out I saw Rosemary, again.

'Out of all the people I could've come across, it had to be her. I thought she only buys the most expensive things at the most expensive stores' I thought in a bratty tone.

I decided to keep minding my own business but I couldn't help but notice that she was without her "Girl Squad" and her boyfriend, which was weird because she never goes anywhere without them but of course I had to make eye contact. Lucky me! Whatever, I should just finish paying and leave.
