Entry Point

Joshuel with his team of special forces ride in their military transport together with two others carrying each team. The transporter is Iike an apache with has 3 turbine engines, one in each side and one at behind. Armed with turrets,guns and rockets the ELA's transport are one of the elite carriers in the world. Escorting them are knightraid gunships, armed with a variety of arsenals shaped like an futuristic apache helicopter with turbines on both sides.

They fly in the middle of the night silently to avoid detection from enemies.

However...

"Sir, we are detecting multiple projectiles in our radar." The pilot informs them as they approach 20th district.

"How did they detect us, we are supposed to be invisible in their radar." The pilot of another transport replied.

"Prepare for battle and do evasive manuevers" Joshuel orders the entire group as he signals the his team to prepare for battle. Informing the other teams to prepare as well.

Glowing missiles approached them in high speeds. But the transport group defended themselves by shooting them with machine guns and spreading flares for distraction.

The missiles missed them hitting the flares, making the group evading the blast one unto another.

Suddenly...

One their ships blow in pieces, the other ships flyng in full speed to 20th district. They see a wall rising around the district with different turrets and armed aliens.

"We will make an open door, please follow our lead." A leader of the escort group advises them in their radio. As they form triangle formations in front of them in 2 groups of 5.

"All units, open fire at the middle now, go go go!" The escort leader orders them as they charge forward, shooting at the turrets in front of them to provide an opening.

The 2 transport follow them as their defenses shoot down at the enemy defenses quickly as they approach. But one of them crashed down the wall for an unknown reason. The transport where Joshuel and his team managed to pass through the wall. But for unknown cause one of the turbines exploded that they begin to crash down.

"Drop drop drop!" Joshuel orders his team to drop down as they nearing the ground.

The team members begin jumps from their falling transport one by one until Joshuel jumps down. They made a free fall from the sky then opened their parachutes as they approach the ground.

The team quickly aimed there weapons and made a defensive perimeter around them as they touch the ground. Being vigilant for any hostile that might attack them.

Suddenly...

They hear a sound of footsteps from all directions. They looked around as their hearts beat fast due to adrenaline. Then human like aliens armed with their guns appeared from the buildings.

"We're surrounded what should we do?" One of Joshuel's team asked as he look around.

Joshuel looked around for any place to escape and found a subway entrance. He signals them to go at that location silently.

Then all the sudden, the aliens fired at them in full force. The team fight back while they move towards the subway entrance. Due to overwhelming force they die one by one as lasers hit them. Joshuel fired at them quickly in defence while using the buildings as cover.

"Hurry up and get in there!" He orders his team as he tries to save them.

The team run towards the entrance as they fight back againts them. Joshuel didn't follow them, instead he defended them as a rearguard to let his team escape.

But suddenly all his teammates were blown
to pieces by an explosion.

Joshuel looked back...

His team were eliminated...

He looked around and spotted giant enemies aiming at him with their laser cannons.

(My friends...  I must survive no matter what. For Kayle and for the child) He thought gathering all his courage in the midst of chaos and impending end.

Out of anger for his fallen comrades, he took his assault rifle and shoot at their cannons one after another while charging. Blowing the giants one by one as he approached them. He fired a grenade launcher at the group of enemies from his left then barraging the enemies at his right with bullets.

With his ammo exhausted he switched to his handgun then turning 180° he kneels down to avoid lasers approaching his vision. Then shot one alien to another targeting their heads. He hide at the rock infront of him then for reload then quickly made open fire again as he charge forward at the remaining ones.

With only two enemies left and his ammo empty. His enemies draw their swords with glowing red edges then launch an attack.

He took his knife then run forward to meet them. His enemies made a vertical swing towards his head. But he made a slide downward avoiding the edges by an inch. Then sliced his enemies hips with a his knife left then right.

At the end his team killed about 100 all in all but half of it he took them like a one man army.

(My friends...I have avenged your death... but this isn't the end. I won't let your sacrifices be in vain ) he though as he look upon his fallen team scattered everywhere as killed in action.

"Best...best you're there? Please speak up buddy!" Kayle's voice called him from the other line. He took the radio as his tears fall from his cheeks.

"Yes best...am here...." He replied as he walked around looking at the hospital up ahead.

"You're okay? How's the team? I though I lost you....the signal seems jammed earlier" Kayle talked to him with her voice a little shaking.

"My friends are gone....this is unexpected, am going for the boy." He replied as he walk towards the big hospital.

"Best....please be safe. Promise me....."

"Whatever happens....pick the boy for me will ya Kayle?

"Promise me!"

"I promise....I'll return home with the boy"

"I'll keep you connected okay....just let me accompany you. Anyway it's my watch now."

"Alright best....but please rest after"

"Whether like it or not I be your support....just like the old times."

"Thanks.....I really need it now."he replied wiping his tears while at the hospital door.

"You're crying?" Kayle asked him worriedly

"I'm alright best....please stay with me" he replied as he feels at peace knowing his bestfriend without her knowing treating her like a girlfriend keeps her company.

He looked around at the hospital door and noticed something.

(It's locked I need to find something to break or find another way in) he though as he look stand infront of the door.
